Anime quality maintain the standard of previous animes. Story is pretty awesome and keeps you asking for more. We thought 'The World' was all about an evolving A.I and human interaction but Quantum has created new questions and premises (Spoiler) :P

Anyways check out the newest production since Link (whose story is beyond me even now 'cause it's yet to come in English) left some questions unanswered and this anime is creating another stage for another awesome story like of Kite and Haseo.
