I want a small dog update

So I found the PERFECT dog. I have been searching for weeks and I finally found it. The person shows all the signs of a reputable breeder, as dogs go it isn't that expensive, the breeder is only a few minutes away, and the dog is FREAKING ADORABLE! It looks like a raccoon! It is a Pomeranian and when it grows up it will be orange sable which is my favorite color for that breed. The dog is 1.2k and I can chip in the 700 dollars I have. I have done the math, the dog would eat a absolute maximum of 80 dollars of dog food a year, I can groom it myself, i have made great progress in training strays that ended up at our house for a day before we found their owners so I could probably fairly easily potty train it and get it not to bark so much, and it would be very good for me. I would happily groom and train it myself, it could stay in my room, we already have all the supplies since a friends grandmothers dog died and we ended up with all of the toys, the bed, and the collar for a small dog. The dog even comes with a health garuntee so if there are any genetic problems or anything (luxaring ptella, tracheal collapse, etc) the breeder will cover it! I have done so much research and I want this dog so much! I have never wanted anything else more in my entire life. My family doesn't know this but to be honest I am very lonely, I only have 1 friend I ever really talk to and I only see them once every few weeks (I'm homeschooled and don't do many activities...) and I have had some problems with depression and anxiety, which they also don't know about. I am okay right now but it was very bad in the fall and winter. I feel like a dog could help with that in addition to the stress of school (I am 2 grades ahead in an online school for the gifted and my teachers are absolutely insane... seriously one of them thinks we can't judge Hitler. No joke.). I have done so much reasearch and want this so badly and have for over a year now and all my dad says is "We don't need another dog."
