Does anyone know where the Bolt group pose shorts come from?

I haven't been able to contact the uploader or find this material anywhere else on the web. Anyone know where it comes from and if there's any point looking for an HD version?

It seems to be from some russian animated commercial thing but it looks like the official Bolt animation rig, suggesting it's been produced in the studio.

Anyone got anything on this?
