Disney Mulan is skipping theaters and going directly to Disney+. Would you subscribe to Disney+ ($6.99) and pay to access Mulan ($29.99) for a total of $36.98?

There's more info on the release in link. Disney people say that it's not just a one-time rental - if you pay the $29.99 for Mulan, it'll be available for your account as long as you have a D+ subscription.

I think maybe it'd be worth it if you threw your own premiere party or had a shared account with multiple people chipping in. Otherwise... lol no. It'll be on DVD/BR eventually, and you'll be able to get a hard copy for less than the streaming one.

I do have a shared account with three other people and I still think it's too much. I'm already paying for the streaming, I don't see why I should pay for another movie. It'll eventually be available for free anyways, I'll wait 'til then.

I know Disney+ has to make money and all, but charging 30 dollars is kind of extreme.

link: If you can wait 'til December 4th, you can watch it on D+ for free.

As said on my poll on the debate spot; hell no. Like I don't even get to keep the movie and there's no way I'm subscribing to Disney+ for one movie. Live actions are lazy as hell anyhow.
