Next is Maleficent (sinse she's "the Mistress of all Evil" -that's pretty evil...) I like all of them, but I like the elegence Scar has. The only reason I'm iffy about Scar is that once he became ruler, everything was coming apart before Simba even got there. The animals and plants dying out, water drying up, and he became bored and rather whiny.

Captain Hook is amusing too, he's just so fun.. Although I cringed when he shot one of his ship mates.

Ratigan has a kind of elegence to him as well, it's like he tries to control himself until the end, when he becomes just as dark and cruel as the rest of the villains.

Jafar is pretty awesome too, but there's something about him that annoys me. Note, he is a good villain. I don't know how to explain it.

Rasputin is awesome.. but also a little silly (and not Disney). It's weird how they never explained WHY he hated the Romanov's so badly, let alone selling his soul just to destroy them.. I know the real story of Rasputin though, and it makes me feel kind of sad that they used him as the villain anyway. I mean, Communist's would have been the better villains in that picture, considering they were the ones who actually murdered the family. Anyway, there are times where he's plain diabolical, and then there's times when he's ..singing with bug minions, dressing up, pitying himself.. etc.
