	Phoenix98 picked Frollo (Hunchback of Notredame): What makes Frollo so much more scary is that this figure is no a God, doesn't have magical powers or special help. No, this guy is just a man that has a role of religious figure and judge over a whole city. He uses God as his excuse for not only his hatred of an entire race but burning Paris, murder/attempting murder and extreme lust over one woman who he threatens to burn if she doesn't choose to be with him.
