Now that I think about it, the characters from the Proud Family are not generally likeable to me xD

I love her and The Rescuers Penny but this one by far! The only from Bolt I mainly just like because she's voiced by Miley Cyrus (but there are other reason) but she's mainly just a plot device.

The Bolt Penny replaced Bolt when he disappeared. At least, that's what I remember (I haven't watched the movie in ages...) I've never seen The Proud Family, and I kind of liked The Rescuers Penny.

Sapling132639 she had to because they needed to get back into production of the show again, otherwise a lot of people would lose their jobs. Plus, even though she goes through with it, she refuses to love any other dog besides Bolt.
