Now, I've been seeing so many people fighting over who is better and more important in Frozen. I've heard many people say "Elsa taught more lessons" or "Anna is the main heroine and should have more attention" and argue over which one is better.

I used to be one of them. I used to love everything about Anna and everything about Elsa, but watching the movie more, I liked Elsa a tiny bit more.

The more I watched the movie, the more I see that everything I hate about Elsa is what makes Anna, and everything I love about Anna builds Elsa. I realize that these opposites I used to dislike and love made each character more alike, and each of them learned life lessons from each other because of this.

Now I relate to both equally, I relate to Anna's feeling unloved and loneliness and Elsa's quiet and shyness. Anna and Elsa are literally the two sides of me. The side that wants to be around people and the side that doesn't.

But here's the thing, their opposites are cause so many rumors in the sequel, especially since it was announced that Anna will have powers in the sequel (it's love by the way. Her power is love). They have been suggesting Anna will have fire powers (though I love making ca arts of this it won't happen) to Anna being the antagonist.

Honestly, I think that the one about ur being an antagonist would just stick to prove my point. It has been suggested that love, Anna's special power, is powerful enough to break any curse. In the first movie her "powers" were used to break the curse Elsa made.

So you may be wondering, "who cares?"

Well it has more to do with things to than you think. Elsa caused a curse with her powers, by accident of course, and Anna broke it with her powers. Yet this curse, is what brought Elsa and Anna closer together. Elsa and Anna's powers together brought each other closer together.

And their opposites taught each other lessons.

Anna and Elsa seem to be wiser and better in different areas. Elsa, obviously in romance and Anna, in basic human emotions. Elsa is the "big sister" while Anna is more "motherly" (directors say this is connected to love being her special power).

Elsa is more sisterly, she cares deeply for her sister, and Anna is loving and caring to Olaf, and even takes care of Elsa when she was sick. Elsa tells Anna straight up she can't marry a man she just met, which, obviously turns into one of the themes, and Anna comforts Elsa, and tells her she doesn't have to be afraid to be who she is and that Anna loves her despite her flaws, which obviously is one of the main themes in Frozen.

Even though people may think "oh Anna taught this theme not Elsa" or "Elsa taught this them, not Anna", really it's not true. I feel like, in a way both sisters taught all the themes in Frozen.

In Frozen Fever you see how similar both sisters really are, we see Elsa's playful side, and a hint of Anna's calm side (actually idek she seemed more calm than Elsa). I think this showed that Anna and Elsa are both playful and calm in different situations

But overall, despite me once hating these two's opposites, their opposites are now why I love this movie.
