So I did the first part of the Fanpop's Favourite Couple countdown from 1928-1953. These are the first couples of WDAS, so they are not as complex and more simple than their successors. The countdown in the polls was to vote off their favourite couples, and each round would do that until we reached our least favourite. Here are the results of the countdown.

Placings 10-7 are from the package films from 1942-1949, so many people did my know them or watch their movies. There were not really any comments about these four couples, and most people said they did not know these couples. Poor package couples.

10. Bongo and Lulubelle (Fun and Fancy Free)

9. Johnny Fedora and Alice Blue Bonnet (Make Mine Music)

8. Joe and Jenny (Melody Time)

7. Ichabod and Katrina (The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr Toad)

6. Cinderella and Charming (Cinderella)
For this round, Cinderella and Charming were the obvious choice (I think everyone but one person voted for them). This was because to a lot of people, this was the only couple people know about. Besides that, people liked then because they were charming, and were the old-fashioned fairy take couple that you just adore.

5. Bambi and Faline (Bambi)
This is the second couple to come out of a WDAS film. What people liked about these two as a couple is because they are cute and adorable. I guess they liked the realistic animal aspect of their relationship as well.

4. Snow White and Prince (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
The first couple to come out of a WDAS film is an ideal fairytale couple. People liked the fact that they are very idealistic, sweet, cute, and extremely innocent. Just a charming, old-fashioned couple to adore.

3. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse
The couple that started it all managed to snag 3rd place on this countdown. What people liked about them is that they are the iconic couple, and how they are sweet, romantic, and are two halves put together to make one.

2. Donald Duck and Daisy Duck
The other iconic couple that is always with Mickey and Minnie Mouse got 2nd place. What people liked about them is that they are iconic, yet sassy and realistic. They have disagreements sometimes, but they always work it out. According to commenters, they are perfect for each other.

1. Peter Pan and Wendy (Peter Pan)
I was shocked that Peter Pan and Wendy made it on top over some of the other couples. What people said about them is that they have that puppy love (somewhat) and big crushes on each other, which is cute to watch. Also because of the fact that they are Pre-pubescent, they found their relationship to be more realistic.

Thank everybody who participated in this countdown and read the article. Comment below, and participate in the 1955-1985 countdowns and the future ones.

The Black Cauldron
I watched this movie for the first time on vhs with my sister, mom, and my dad. I was 3-5 years old and amazingly enough this movie did not scare me like Pinocchio, Snow White, and Fantasia did. I actually felt like a big girl watching this "scary" movie and I watched this movie a million times, including on Halloween. I remember when I was little there were a few things that I didn't understand or was wondering what the point of some stuff in the movie like what happened to Taran's guardian or Eilonwy's bauble that just sorta appeared every now and then or what the point...

Quasimodo, where are you?
Quasimodo, where are you?
Hi guys, since I had not touch this film and I would love to write a movie review on the 1996 animated feature.

The Story

As mentioned in an earlier article here that I wrote, the original story was dark and to make it family-friendly. Disney decided to tone down the story, especially about both Frollo's and Quasimodo's origins.
Laverne, Victor and Hugo provide comic relief throughout the movie and their names are a tribute (or shall I say, pun?) to the original author, Victor Hugo.

The Songs & Musical Scores

Alan Menken once said this musical score is best, and I have to agree with him....

You guys rock!
You guys rock!
Hi guys, I thought that I would like to write some suggestions of Disney is going to make a film that a movie featuring all of Elsa's international singing voices.

1) Care Bear-Like Film

I watched the Care Bear movie many years ago, and I think that the film should take inspiration from this film! The story will be about a young protagonists who is trying to find his or her happiness with the help of the actresses themselves.

2) Detective Film

It would be interesting to feature all of them to help the main protagonists to solve the biggest mystery in the film's event, I'm a fan of Agatha Christie's Poirot and Miss Marple, so the film will definitely work out!

3) A Famous Musical

They could base the story on a famous musical with a little twist, it would be interesting and something different for Disney.

Which Will It Be?

So, do you agree with these choices? Anymore suggestions?
