From the forgotten Disney film Dinosaur, should we consider Kron(left) as a villain?

I think Kron is some kind of anti hero since he didn't stand against the herd's enemy the carnotaur towards the end of the film and he pushed his herd on too much along with his lieutenant Bruton. He only believed in survival of the fittest. He also tried to push his herd up and over a landslide which led to the nesting grounds. He is harsh and this leads Aladar's compassinate ways into conflict with Kron. At one point in the movie and this is what I don't understand, when Aladar, the lemurs and some of the other dinosaurs arrive at the nesting grounds Eema warns Aladar that Kron will eat him alive when Aladar discovers that a landslide has blocked the main entrance to the nesting grounds.

As you said, the real villains were the carnotaurus. I think Bruton fits the anti-hero role while Kron...i really don't know where Kron falls. He seems to fall in the middle of villain and anti-hero.

I think we just consider Kron kinda like a sidekick to the villain. Even though he's not a sidekick to the villain he isn't a hero or anything.
