Now, I know I've said before I don't like these types of countdowns; however:
I've changed my mind, as long as people put their thought into the role model countdowns, it's okay. But most people don't.
I thought it would be really interesting to do this sort of countdown involving the princes, since most of the countdowns we do with the princes have to do with best looking, favorite, or something directly involving the princesses. It would be really cool if we could seperate the princes from the princesses (even though they mostly serve to be princesses' counterparts) and give them an individual spotlight, unlike the other princes.
It's up to you whether or not you want to include how they act towards the princesses in your decision. I will not, depending on the prince. Beast is an exception; but since I didn't include how they acted towards their princes for the princesses, I don't see why I should apply the same standard. But it's not a bad thing if you decide to.
I made this not to get the results I wanted (I'm putting the importance of the results, because this is a tough countdown for users to do, since we know so much about the princesses and talk so little about the princes). Anyway, please, PLEASE:

I know he changes during the movie, but for the majority of it he acts like a stuck-up snot, which isn't exactly a quality of a good role model.

I adore him but a good role model? Uh.. no.

For me Naveen is the worst role model. He's lazy, irresponsible, immature, and his only goal in life is to have fun. He despises hard work and he has no actual goals. Also the whole womanizer business is definitely not something which should be modeled after. Overall he makes terrible decisions and he's not smart.
My next choices would be Aladdin and Beast.

Is this the first pick for this countdown cause the Prince (snow white's) is missing

I'm not including the Prince & Prince Charming, there's just too little about them to judge.

This was hard but I would say Naveen. I love Naveen but he's never serious about anything.

I'm also curious as to whether you guys are voting on whether a certain prince is a good role model for guys, or people in general.

Being a womanizer is not a good role model because it just hurts the other girls; he's lazy although he works later at the end. I think, however that sacrificing himself for Tiana to get her dream is a good thing and although it makes up for his mistakes, it was very stupid of him to make a deal with Facilier.

I have no idea, honestly. Because like it's obvious that Naveen, Beast, Flynn and Aladdin will be first to be out... But! The movies show how they are changing, particularly because they love and are being loved. And that's a big deal. It's a good example. We have to change ourselves to satisfy people we love.
But I don't know. Well, I need to think of it.

For half of the movie he reminds me of my brother, doesn't care about anyone, only himself, goes from girl to girll. So I don't see him a a good rolemodel.
My next one would be Aladdin, and not because he is a thief, because if that was the reason then Flynn would be here too. Anyway back to Aladdin, he lies so much throughout the movie it bothers me, a lot.

Hmmm, I´m debating if Naveen or Flynn is the worst. While Naveen has this player personality, he does change, you notice the change in the end of the movie. Flynn on the other hand, says he is a "player" (though we never see any proof). He lies about who he is, he is a thief... hmm, but Aladdin does the same. But Aladdin does have moments through out the movie when he is nice, and does care for other people besides himself. Actually, thinking about it, I think Aladdin may be just as bad as Naveen ("role model vise").

@Lisia, that doesn't mean that he's a bad role model, then Charming is the worst role model for me -___-, lullaby just said to be REASONABLE, at least put your reasons ! talking about being biased -__-

For one, he steals, and never bothers to get a job. Then, figures the genie magic will get him out of all his problems and figures on living off of Jasmine's wealth after he succeeds in wooing her. BUT he has to lie his way to the top first and then even after the lies are revealed he still never apologizes. I mean, that just shouts bad role model.

I suppose Naveen's tied, but I just think liars are just bad all around.

My least favorite might be Naveen, but I'm leaning towards voting for Aladdin for those reasons boolander25, I just don't see one positive thing he's done. Every new scene I noticed a bad thing he did.

I had to sit down and think, really, but if I had to pick one, it is Aladdin. While Naveen is selfish, lazy and irresponsible, he learns his lesson in the end. In a sense, it is good, because we NEED to see someone grow up and mature, and change for the better. Otherwise, how can they be considered a hero?

With Aladdin, however, we don't see him learn his lesson and stick with it. Why? The sequels. Sure, he is generous and can be nice. But he constantly lies and manipulates Jasmine to accomplish his goals in the original movie and the sequels. Maybe counting the sequels is unfair, but I wouldn't want to follow and look up to someone who is constantly dishonest and selfish to his loved one.

Also, like boolander said, at least Naveen learned to work with Tiana and got a job in the end. He also supported Tiana with her dream to start her restaurant, and he sacrificed his dream for hers. Aladdin....well...a huge reason he fell for Jasmine was because how she looked, not because of her personality. He was smitten even before he knew her name, and he counted on magic and wealth, not hard work.

no no, Aladdin stole so he can live, what should he do ? starve to death ?, and he gave his share of food to the kids, now that's a good role model, Naveen and Flynn in the other hand, they had no excuses to do what they did, Naveen is simply spoiled and irresponsible, Flynn stole for money, those are IMO worst than Aladdin.

Naveen is just a spoiled little prancy boy going nowhere with his life. He's an irresponsible baby, and he's stupid enough to actually go along with the shadowman and get himself changed into a frog! He's a player, which definately dosn't make him a good role model. he's an idiot who dosn't think before he acts, and overall, he is just good for nothing.

Yeah it would be hard to vote for them since we don't know much got it!
