I think it all transferred to Rapunzel. I mean, if she had magic, wouldn't the Queen's hair have glowed when Gothel sang too? 'Cause she was right there in the bedroom singing.

We never really see any evidence that she has magic. Her hair is still brunette and everything, I think it all went to Rapunzel.
