I think it would be cool if they had Charming sneak out of the castle and meet Cinderella. Have them do that ever since they were little kids and become awesome friends with feelings for each other. Than they'd have an amazing connection when they meet at the ball because they'd be able to see the love in their eyes.

Snow White and Prince? Adorable I think! Plus it would add abit more chemistry and originality to the couple during the film. I think this the only couple this could possibly work with...maybe Rapunzel & Flynn

Rapunzel and Flynn? Rapunzel's suppose to be in a tower for 18 years without any human interaction besides Gothel. How would that work? I think the classic disney princesses would work the best with it.

I think it would be sweet for Mulan to have known Shang as a kid, and maybe he moved when thy were 7 or 8 because his father had to deal with the war with the Huns or something of the such.

I thought Mulan and Shang, then I realized how utterly adorable Snow White/Prince would be if they'd been friends since they were kids, and I absolutely ADORE relationships like that.

I think Aladdin and Jasmine would have been hilarious as childhood playmates. The spoiled little rich girl and the fun-loving poor boy could learn a lot from each other. :)

Snow White/Prince=Totally! They could be friends since they were kids. They couldn't see each other much b/c of the evil queen and when SW ran away, Prince desperately went looking for her-rest is like the movie.

Cinderella/Charming=yes cause like someone else said, kid!Charming and kid!Cinderella could sneak out from thier homes and hang out with each other. As they grow their feelings for each other developed, making their encounter at the ball extremely special.

Aurora/Phillip=Definitely! XD The three fairies and parents would have kid!Aurora and kid!Phillip meeting each other as older kids. Kid!Aurora and kid!Phillip would have a love-hate relationship going on! XD As they grow, they started to become comfortable with each other. Aurora becomes upset upon the evening of thier engagement because she somehow thought Phillip hates her and didn't want to marry someone who didn't like her. But then after the whole sleeping curse and dragon fight scene, Aurora realizes that Phillip really does love her when he kissed her, breaking the spell.

Ariel/Eric-I could see this happening too. Three-year-old Ariel would be exploring the ocean freely when she came across Eric's kingdom. Five-year-old Eric would see her. Ariel gets scared but Eric assures her that he won't hurt her and they become friends. They played with each other until it was time for dinner. They were unable to see the next day because King Triton banned contact between merfolk and humans. Pirates killed Queen Athena which led Triton to make that law. Ariel tried to tell her dad not all humans are bad but he refused to listen. Twelve years later, Ariel and Eric meet, just like in the movie. Ariel recognizes him but couldn't tell him because of her missing voice box and Eric didn't recognize her until she turned back into a mermaid in front of him.

Belle/Beast-Ten-year-old Adam snucked out of the castle to escape from his mean father. He came to a village and came across a girl, Belle, (eight years old) who showed kindness to him. The two played with each other until sunset. Adam knew he had to go home because his servants were worried about him but he didn't want to leave Belle. He invited Belle to come to his castle for his eleventh birthday party. Belle accepts the invitation. However, Adam's mean father wouldn't let Belle and her dad come because they were peasants. Adam did not know this until he realized Belle never showed up. He confronted his dad about it and got upset about his dad's cruel deed. When a beggar woman came to the castle, Adam spread his misplaced anger on her which led the beggar woman to turn him into a beast. The rest is just like the movie.

Aladdin/Jasmine-Aladdin's mother, Suri, gets a job at the palace, as Jasmine's nanny. Aladdin and Jasmine would grow up being playmates and as they grow up they develop feelings for each other. Aladdin wants to marry Jasmine but couldn't because of the law. But then, after saving the kingdom from Jafar like in the movie, he gained Sultan's permission to marry Jasmine.

Mulan/Shang-they could grow up being playmates with each other but Shang had to move because his father had to go to war. By the time, Shang met Mulan, she recognized him but he didn't recognize her because of her disguise. The rest is just like the movie.

Tiana/Naveen=Probably. Naveen could visit America when he was nine years old. He came across six-year-old Tiana who accidentally punched him because she thought he was an intruder. (he came upon her backyard). Tiana apologizes and Naveen forgives. Tiana and her parents invite Naveen to have Gumbo with them. Three days later, it was time for Naveen to go back to Maldonia. Seven years later, Naveen comes back to America. When he and Tiana met again, they didn't recognize each other since Naveen was in his frog form (b/c of Dr. Facilier) and Tiana was in her blue princess dress.

I can't see this happening with Flynn/Rapunzel because she was stuck in the tower for 18 years and never went outside at all. I can't see this happening with Pocahontas/John Smith either because I don't think anyone from Europe has stepped foot on Pocahontas' hometown before JS and his crew.

If things had been different, I could actually see them having a relationship very similar to Odette and Derek.
