Jasmine and all the princesses who desire adventure: Ariel, Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Merida, and Moana. I also think she'd really respect Mulan and Tiana's dedication to their fathers. I think she'd like Jasmine the best though because they have a similar sense of self-confidence, want to be valued for who they are by the men who pursue them, and both want to explore the world.

I always had the feeling they'd get along very well. Also can be Jas,Ariel,Poca and maybe Moana too.

They could be very good friends I think. Also Cinderella, Ariel, Jasmine, Pocahontas and Mulan.

But I can also see her being best friends with Ariel, especially since Jodi Benson and Paige O'Hara are best friends in real life

I mostly think that Ariel, Cinderella, Jasmine Merida or Moana.

Also Ariel, Aurora, Rapunzel and Pocahontas. I don’t see her even liking Tiana at all, I think Belle would prefer more versatile and fun-loving princesses, as well as more inetellectually curious one, also Belle doesn’t understand Tiana’s passion for cooking at all, she wouldn't like that Tiana has only one hobby and not the most intellectual one. I think Tiana would somewhat remind Belle of villagers.
I don't even think Belle is that much of daddy's girl.

I really don't see what Ariel and Belle have in common. Belle pretends to want adventure, while Ariel goes out and has adventures all of the time. Ariel is daring, and Belle is reluctant towards taking lots of risks.

Belle has more in common with Cinderella, Aurora, and Jasmine.

Also, if Belle really would get along with Ariel, then explain why so many Belle fans hate Ariel.

She is most with her in my country.

I think some people are exaggerating just because they don't like Tiana. Belle and Tiana wouldn't be super duper close but they would get along just fine.

I agree Belle isn't AS mature and responsible as some make her out to be but she's not this super adventurous, rebellious, bubbly personality either. I still think she'd prefer a more calm, laid back but still dreamy personality like Cinderella.

^ I am getting tired of people assuming why did I say something. Surprise, I don’t dislike Tiana, she is high on my list. I dislike only Merida. I guess I wouldn’t get along with Tiana in real life, she would be too critical and I am rather touchy and thin-skinned but she is a great character. I said BELLE wouldn’t get along with Tiana, not that “no DP would get along with her”( e.g. I think Mulan would be more patient and accepting of Tiana, Snow White would like her).
I don’t say Belle is bubbly but not being bubbly doesn’t means find bubbly peoples annoying. Also I don’t think we can judge how rebellious Belle is, we don’t know much about her( we never saw her in the past).
Also I pretty much stated what and why I think Belle wouldn’t like about Tiana: workacholism( to me Belle song indicates that Belle prefer dreamier, more laid-back and more fun-loving personalities), condescending attitude towards lazier people( because Belle is amongst people who are lazier and more passive than Tiana and Belle doesn’t seem to be very open to criticism, she seems to quite defensive( maybe not as Jasmine but still), judging by her conflict with the Beast during the healing of his wounds), only one hobby( and not the one Belle shares) and lack of intellectual curiosity.
I think I am better at knowing the reasons I have certain opinions or made certain decision than anyone else, I am better at knowing my motivations than anyone else, I am better at knowing my feelings about DPs than anyone else. And I guess that’s kinda natural.

Well, I actually agree that Belle wouldn't like Tiana very much.

Agreed with wavesurf. I think as a PRINCESS she'd like Ariel, but if they personally met they'd probably clash. Relate in ways, but Belle isn't exciting enough for Ariel's taste and Ariel is too brash and naive for Belle's.

She and Cinderella have a lot in common, which matters to Belle more as a friend than getting someone to do fun adventures with (like Ariel likes). She'd want a shoulder to cry on, someone to spend cozy days inside with, someone who understands what feeling alone is like, someone who values loyalty and has dignity. I could also see Aurora since she's exactly like the fairy tale ladies she loves, and Aurora is also restless with her life (and maybe Elsa even though she's not an option).
