hello all!
anyway, I am actually very well read and knowledgable on zodiac signs and astrology, trust me that the way I categorized the princesses isn't just done by someone who quickly looked up descriptions and then dropped them in place. I am happy to explain my placements to anyone who wants me to.
Sorry to include Elsa & Anna, I know they're not technically part of the lineup, but I wanted to include all of the signs.

I also want to warn anyone quick to dismiss my casting just because they don't think the princess I think is similar to their own sign/themselves. Like, if you are a Capricorn, but don't think Tiana is similar to you.
As for myself, I don't think anyone who's known me on this blog would call me similar to Elsa, but she and I for sure share all the same faults and also good qualities. We are both cautious to the point of restriction, emotionally closed off, unapproachable, but also very levelheaded and shrewd. Virgos often let fear get the better of them, however, which I can say about myself and definitely about Elsa. And she's my least favorite princess. :)

Cancer/Leo cosp. Unlike Elsa and princesslullaby, Snow White and me share nothing. Snow White is hard-working, motherly, nurturing, sweet, naive, optimistic, quick to make frineds and has not too much aspiration for knowledge. All of this is a polar opposite to me. Snow White is a typical Hufflepuff while I am a very complex person which is difficult to sort but Hufflepuff is probably the least suitable house for me. We are as different as Martha(SW) and Mary(me). Snow White isn't just my most relatable princess, she is one of the leasts. Maybe because of the cosp.

I'm an Aries, and yeah princesses that seems to be have short-temper, like Ariel, Jasmine, and Merida are always pictured as Aries in almost every Disney Princess Zodiac discussion.
I don't know if I really similar with Jasmine (maybe I just don't notice as I think I'm more similar with Merida), but I am easily getting mad and hardly want to hear anyone's advice just like her, and strongly against any rules/things that I really don't like.

Jasmine is not my least. I think she's number 8 on my list right now. Like Jas, I do stand up for my opinions. But that's about all the similarities I share with Jasmine. I'm a collector and Jasmine is not. I'm impulsive and Jasmine isn't. I want to drastically change what I have been doing in my life, and Jasmine doesn't exactly want that. I like guys who do their own thing, and don't proceed to be "macho" and lie to me, while Jas sticks by Aladdin even when he does lie to her and acts all macho. That would certainly not be me at all.

I think, even though I was born under the Aries sign, that Ariel and Mulan are better "fits" for me, and I have more in common with them.

I really don't believe in astrology, anyway, as I don't think life is at all directed by the heavens. I'm not blowing you off, Princesslullaby. Everyone has ideas about where certain princesses "fit" in this club.

I've heard people describe me as Snow White before, but it's more common for me to be compared to Belle or Rapunzel. In many ways I don't fit the Cancer stereotype though. I am not an over-emotional crybaby, nor am I particularly family oriented (at least not in the traditional sense). I actually don't even want to have kids! But like Snow White, I am a pretty hard worker and I try to view the world in a positive light. I love animals and want to help others. I am romantic, although not to the extent that Snow White is.

My moon sign and rising sign are both Virgo, and my mother is a Virgo, so I have a healthy dose of Virgo's rationality and pragmatism mixed in with my "act from the heart" attitude that I get from being a Cancer. I strive to act from my heart and do what makes me happy, but I also make sure that I'm being realistic about what I can accomplish.

I don't have much in common with Anna (I'm far more cautious and way more reserved than her), but I also don't fit the typical Gemini description that well. Communication isn't a strong point for me, and from my understanding Geminis are thought to be very communicative, light-hearted and fun/flirtatious. I can see how this fits Anna, but not myself.

@sparklefairy-- I have one say, jasmine isn't impulsive? Jasmine, who ran from the castle, who spontaneously went along with Aladdin's plan, who grabbed pole and jumped, who took Aladdin's hand twice, who got on the magic carpet... jasmine?!?! Are we watching the same movie??

@princesslullaby: Excuse me? I don't say if Jasmine isn't impulsive at all. Maybe you actually ask wavesurf for that, as her comment belows me and she said that Jasmine isn't impulsive.

@Princesslullaby: Sparkefairy didn't say that. I did. No, I don't consider Jasmine very impulsive. It takes her years to decide to leave the palace, just like it took Rapunzel years to decide to leave her tower. Jasmine took a great deal of time deciding to leave. That's not impulsive. Also, Aladdin has to coax Jasmine to do a whole lot of things (go out with him, ride the magic carpet, believe that he's actually a prince, etc,). Jasmine is one tough egg to crack. The only exception is the pole vault moment, but I see that more as Jasmine deciding not to let herself be bested by a male.

Contrast Jasmine's hesitation in most everything, while Ariel wastes very little time on leaving the ocean, and Mulan wastes very little time on leaving the house with her father's armor. So, I differ from you on Jasmine being impulsive, as I don't think she ( nor Rapunzel or Moana) are very impulsive characters at all. They take their time, and need a lot of coaxing to save the day. In my opinion, Pocahontas creeping out to spy on, and visit John Smith all the time, is much more impulsive than all of Rapunzel's, Jasmine's, and Moana's actions put together. Merida cursing her mother is extremely impulsive, and that's the opposite of Jasmine, too.

So I'll politely agree to disagree with you.

I'd definitely agree with you that Tiana's a Capricorn, but I don't think me and her are too alike; maybe in some ways. I wish I was more like her though! (in terms of ambition and the like).
