Neither. Alice is a proper but curious Victorian girl who doesn't seem all that fazed by all the weird stuff Wonderland throws at her. Anna is excitable, acts before she thinks and quirky. Elsa is closed off and has anxiety issues. They may have some similar traits but I would say that Alice doesn't have an "Anna" or "Elsa" personality.

Well, Anna would be the closest on the spectrum... But what Diogenes said holds the most truth. I think Alice is far different from both Anna and Elsa.
