I'd say 18 because Disney confirmed that Elsa is the only Disney Princess in her 20's. She does look 19 to me.

Despite what Disney says, I have a strong feeling she's in her twenties. The people who run Disney today aren't the ones who made the movie. They might have came up with a few facts of their own for the DP lineup that weren't in the original filmmaker's concepts.

When it was only the original 6,Snow,Cinderella,Aurora,Ariel,Belle and Jasmine I though she look the oldest she and Aurora following, but mostly her I though she was like 21 maybe is because of the advertisement pictures.
