My heart is broken into two parts...I love both. But I picked Tangled because I own it and I don't have the Princess and the Frog yet.

It's a much better movie. Better storyline, better animation, better music, better villain, better wardrobe. Tangled has Flynn whom I prefer above Naveen, and maybe they're equally funny. Overall, I choose PatF.

I disagree with Popcornfan, Tangled is objectively the better movie by far, blowing PatF out of the water in almost every aspect. That being said, I have more fun watching PatF. Despite being a mess, it's still a fun movie.

Objectively Tangled is by far the superior movie.

However I do need to rewatch Tangled to see if I actually enjoy it more or not.

I love both films, but I enjoyed the characters, animation, and music in PATF more; I enjoyed PATF over Tangled overall. Tiana and Naveen are two very original characters while Rapunzel is original to a certain point, and Flynn is not very original at all. I like both couples, but he pacing for both couples are a bit quick. Even though Facilier is the better villain, Mother Gothel was mor interesting, but you never see her with the other villains. PATF pulled with my emotions while Tangled did not. Even though Tangled is more structured, I like PATF more.

By far!

This is most popular in my country. No one has watched or heard of Tiana the toad.
