I love Jasmine, but Flynn is just so hilarious and when he's Eugene he has a very nice personality!

Phillip and Jasmine have similar amounts of actual character development, despite the screen time advantage Phillip enjoys. Phillip does some pretty crazy things in those brief flashes of character development, though, like giving up his throne and saying goodbye to his family forever to go elope with the peasant girl.
