Congratulations to jainabieber7- our F.O.T.M. for FEBRUARY!

1) How does it feel to be fan of the month?

It feels awesome! I've only been here since November so It's a surprise to already be F.O.T.M.

2) Who is your favourite princess and why?

My favorite Princess is Rapunzel. I just really love her optimistic attitude, and she's always so happy. We're a lot alike in our personalities. I love how she proved how really strong she was at the end when she stood up to Gothel and tried to leave the tower. She's a wonderful person, IMO.

3) Who is your least favourite princess and why?

My least favorite...

I just recently saw the article KataraLover made about a year ago. Since some of you have been posting such nice comments to me, I wanted to do this. I won't say too much because I don't truly know anyone here. And if you're not on here, it's not because I don't like you or anything, I was going to do more but couldn't think of anything so I just stopped. Some I didn't say much about. Sorry I suck at this. I'm such a fail, here is my ''unfinished'' article.

rhythmicmagic
She reminds me of Jane Porter because she's smart and creative. She's very talkative about some subjects on here. Her articles...

Another updated list, well hope you'll like it :)

10. Pocahontas
Apart from the color and how gorgeous the hair looks when it blows in the wind I don't like her hair, why? Because it looks like paper since it's so thin and I hate hair that looks like paper. But I don't hate Pocahontas' hair since she actually has one hairstyle that I love and that's the braided hair which we don't see for so long in the movie, but compared to the loose hair I much prefer that hairstyle even though she looks older with that hairstyle.

9. Mulan
Other than the long and loose hair I don't like her hair that much, it's...

Hi thanks for checking out my article i hope you enjoy it! Before I get started I just wanted to say that these are not ranked on which ones i liked best.

Snow White
My favorite part in Snow White would be where the prince finds Snow White lying in her glass coffin and goes and leans down and gives her a kiss, and then after she wakes up he scopes her up and they go and live happily ever after, this part leaves me all tingly inside(:

Cinderella
My favorite part in Cinderella would be where she is singing "a dream is a wish your heart makes" and all the animals are all chirping and the mice...

I haven't seen anyone doing this kind of list so I decided to give it a try. Coming up with a list would be annoying because I don't really have one (I have a list of my top 3 saddest Disney moments though, but only one of them is from a DP Movie). Most of these are very heartbreaking so anyway here we go!

Snow White's Death/Funeral
This was an obvious choice, I didn't even have to think over my choice. Anyway whenever I watch this scene I want to cry, first of all the music in this scene is incredibly sad, second all the dwarfs are crying, the candles are weeping wax, the rain is pouring down...

Author’s Note: Hey Fanpop fans!
Here is another part of my fan fiction “Disney Princess Awards”. I know, it took time to do it! I tried to do it more interesting. I want to tell you that this part is a little long and more romantic. I am sorry, but I love romantic parts. I want to clarify that to me, Cinderella is the leader of the Disney Princesses. I know that some disagree, but I love the idea of Cinderella of been the leader. I hope that you like this part. Have suggestions? Please feel free to add in the comments. Please, write some comments, I want to know your opinions. Enjoy it!...

Long, long ago...in ancient Egypt.... when there was still the green Nile river, as it flowed into the Mediterranean Sea...

lived a beautiful woman named Rhodophis (rohh-dufis) She was actually born in Ancient Greece but was kidnapped by pirates and sold as a slave in Egypt. Her owner was a kind old man who slept in the shadow of a beautiful tree so much that he had not seen Rhodophis being bullied by the other servant girls because she looked different, you could say unique and more beautiful.

Since the other Egyptian servants (girls) had beautiful, straight black hair, Rhodophis have even...

This actually changed a long time ago, but I realised that I had to write an article with how they are placed now so hope you'll like it :)

10. Pocahontas

I still don't understand why people love her voice, it's powerful, but other than that nothing special in my opinion. But her voice has started to grow on me a bit and it might at least beat my number 9, but right now it's only 10.

9. Belle

I love Belle, but her voice is nothing special to me, they could've at least choosen someone who was a bit younger, but I mean I still like her voice, but not more than just a like.

8. Jasmine

I'll just get right to the point.

The Flag:
The flag shown on the ship was not used until at least 100 years after the time the film is set.

.____. I knew something was fishy about that flag....

Poca's hair:
ahh, her hair... Lovely isn't it? How it luciously blows in the wind.... But... Isn't it strange how WELL it blows? I mean... My hair is now almost that legnth, and even when the wind is high, it never gets so much as past my back...
So either that is some pretty WICKED wind, or she has some LIGHT hair... Maybe both.

But, if the wind WERE that crazy, then why doesn't it blow the crap...

I got inspired by starlight77's article so I decided to write my own article about what I think are the best DP homes, it was very hard to choose only 10 homes that where going to make it into here, I really had to think!

10. Atlantica

The only reason to why I placed this one so low is because it's located under water and the design is a bit too simple and it's not as interesting as the other 9 homes. However when we first see it it's glowing and it looks so beautiful, I wished I could live in a castle like this. So overall a really beautiful home.

9. The chateu

I actually love this...

This is a matter of personal opinion You're free to have your own opinion :)

10. Belle
I honestly don't see the apeal to her. I get it a lot of you like her because she has hazel eyes and brown eyes, but I don't think she's that gorgeous. She has some cute shots, but that was all. It's not her fault she was so inconsistently drawn, but I still wouldn't think she's that pretty. Now I have nothing against brunettes or brown eyes, it's just I don't think she was that stunning. And ugh, I've never seen more horrible hair. The hairline was awkward, and it looks greasy and unhealthy. They did get...

Healing Incantion boy did this song make me bawl like a 2 yr old
Healing Incantion

This one I have to admit was a very haunting yet touching song especially during the part where Eugene dies in Rapunzel's arms and she sings it to him to see will it bring him back to life again.

What a song I bawled so much when Rapunzel sang it for the last time. And it is sung 6 frigging times in the film.

When will my life begin/reprise

This one was a favorite of mine. Not because of the singer but its one of those songs that you can sing along whenever your wondering about your life and doing your chores and to keep dreaming about when will your life begin. I especially love...

Prince went inside and took Rose Red's soul and so he took his horse and rode back as fast as he could.

When he came back he laied Rose Red's soul onto Rose Red's body with a hope on that his beloved daughter would wake up.

After just a few seconds Rose Red's eyes opened and she looked into her father's eyes.
"Thanks for saving me, but wasn't Harold suppose to save me", Rose Red asked her father.
"When Harold was going to get your soul he got a knife stung close to his heart and he became sick after that and he hasn't recover yet", Prince answered.
"May I see him", Rose Red asked.
"Sure, you can...

BelleAmie came up with this idea a month ago and since I'm not really sure what I want to write next in my fanfic, I thought I would give this a go. I hope I did everything right. Enjoy!

1. Your ideal name
Hmmm well I think I've grown into my name now but I really like some of the names from the Barbie princess movies. They're so unique. I think the one I like the most right now is Delia so I'll go with that. I think Blair would be a close second.

2. Where you would like to live
In a big city somewhere. I love the atmosphere of cities. All the flashing lights and there is so much to do and there...

Well, I made a pick about this, and majority were interested in reading it, so here it is. In case you didn't know, the whole story is going to be about Belle's entire life until the beginning of the movie. This is just the prologue. I hope you like it.

"Mama! Mama, no!" The little girl cried, her brown locks hanging in a tangled curtain around her face. "Mama, don't go! Mama stay! Stay with me mama!" Even though the night was pitch black, and almost everyone in the little town of Petit Cochon was fast asleep, there was still...

Before the Proposal

"Your Majesties?" Eugene asked nervously as he knocked on their study room door.
"Come in, boy." a deep voice called calmly from inside. Eugene walked inside, with his hands shaking nervously.
"What is it, Eugene?" the Queen asked as Eugene sat down on the chair in front of his soon to be in-laws.
"Me and Rapunzel have known each other for a while now and-"
"Yes, continue." the Queen said with a look in her eye that knew what was going to happen next. Eugene resumed talking "and, I was hoping you will allow her to be my wedded wife." There was a silence.
"You want to marry Rapunzel?...

Yeah, wasn't sure how to title this one. Basically, I'm gonna go over the voices of the princesses and why they're top. You can expect some information too including voice actresses.

And yes, if you know/tolerate me, you can expect another thing from me that I'm sure ticks people off, but this is my opinion so...

...I don't think I have to explain myself with that one.

Favorite Princess Voice

10. Snow White

God her voice annoys me. I give serious credit to Adriana Caselotti for being an operatic singer by 17 years old (the same age she was when casted) but for today's standards, it's annoying. It's...

WOO-HOO STILL STANDING! Honestly, thank you all for the feedback I love hearing what others think and thank you for respecting my list and tolerating my weirdness- it's not easy to do. So now I present part 2 which takes a more shallow approach to the Disney Princesses if you ask me.

Prettiest Princess

10. Mulan

Give the girl credit, she dressed like a guy throughout her movie. I think Mulan has some beauty to her, don't get me wrong, but in her culture they consider her beautiful when they splash a bunch of makeup on her face to make her look like a doll. If I recall something her father said...

30. Cinderella - first childhood dress

This dress is somewhat cute, but is definitely not Cinderella's best outfit. The color is nice, but the skirt is too puffy and big. Also the sleeves are a bit weird.

It's so...I dunno. I don't really like it. I know it is for a little girl, but still. - ppgbelle4

It's really childish and the skirt...

Twenty years later the Walt Disney Animation studios were in a crisis. Disney had already died and now the “nine old man” had stepped aside for a new generation of animators. The first years proofed a little bit wonky. "The Black Cauldron" bombed, both at the box office and by the critiques. The modest success of "The Great Mouse Detective" thankfully convinced the executives to green-light new projects. "Oliver and Company" was again a moderate success at the box-office, but is considered as one of the weaker movies of Disney. To add insult to injury, Don Bluth, a former Disney animator,...
