The rain poured on Derek and Odette's castle as Le Fou was pulling Charming away from the castle. Le Fou, being as small as he was, managed to get through the threatening forest and stopped in a grassy thicket.
"You tall people are too heavy," he grunted as he set Charming near a rock.
Charming moaned in pain, but was unconscious and couldn't hear Le Fou's constant complaining.
Le Fou took a deep breath. "Why couldn't Gaston take you out here?" he yelled at no one. "He's big and he could take you all the way to the mountains!" He sniffed the air. "Your blood smells funny." He poked the spot where Gaston had stabbed Charming. "Are you dead? If you are, then I could leave you here."
Charming's breathing gave him his answer.
A bolt of lighting struck the ground a few meters away from the two. "Boy, we gotta get shelter," said Le Fou as he grabbed Charming's hand and started to pull.

The Royals ran outside of the castle and were soaked even though they were standing out there for only a few minutes.
"Great," said Eric. "How will we find them now?"
Ariel spotted red liquid on the ground. "Did anyone bring fruit punch?"
"That's obviously Charming's blood," Adam growled impatiently.
"Look! There's a trail!" Cinderella pointed toward the menacing forest before them.
"Yes! I love the smell of trees!" Pocahontas said.
"Let's get moving." John Smith started walking, and the others followed him.
The couples took their spouse's hands, glad to be back together again. Cinderella wondered if Charming would ever make it to hold her hand again.
Tiana put her hand on Cindy's shoulder. "Char is taller than Le Fou, so they wouldn't be getting too far, so we'll catch them."
Cindy hugged Tiana tightly. "You're always making us happy," Cinderella said through her tears.
They all found their way through the forest and reached the thicket. There was some blood by a rock, which indicated that Le Fou was there shortly before.
"It's a good thing they stopped for a bit," Snow White muttered. She took another step, and out of nowhere, Gaston appeared.
"Hold it right there!" Gaston was beginning to pull out his gun.
Beast roared and jumped him, and Gaston stumbled backward. He totally forgot that they weren't tied anymore.
Beast dug his claws into Gaston's wet shirt. "Say a spell to get Le Fou here!"
Gaston laughed. "Why would I do that? Le Fou might have finished Princey already."
Cinderella clutched Gaston tightly. "Say the spell!" she commanded.
Gaston kicked her away from him. "Marry me!" he shouted.
Gaston pushed Adam away from him and picked up his gun again. He threatened the royals with it. "Anyone moves, and there'll be more than one dead body in this forest!" His finger was on the trigger, ready to shoot Cinderella, when suddenly, a lightning bolt came and struck him.
He screamed and looked at his burnt arm. "Curse nature!"
Belle smiled. "Oh, Gaston, if you weren't too busy admiring yourself, you would know that lightning always strikes metal." She pointed at his gun for he was confused.
"Why isn't he dead?" Mulan questioned.
Gaston sighed. "As I have said many times before, no one could kill Gaston!"
Cinderella knew she was wasting her time with Gaston. She pushed the brute out of her way and ran through the other side of the forest.
The rest of princes and princesses followed her and ignored Gaston's surprised face.
Gaston angrily reached for his gun when lightning hit the ground two feet in front of it. He screamed again, and followed his past prisoners. He wasn't going to let them get away.

Le Fou spotted a cave before him, but to get to it he had to cross the wide river. He groaned and dragged Charming along. He found large boulders that would take him to the other side of the river, and hopped on the first one. He heard loud noises from behind him, and continued to the next boulder.
He was halfway through the rocky path when he heard someone yell, "Charming!"
Le Fou turned his head and looked into the eyes of a very mad Cinderella. He panicked and looked around him. There was no way he could get to the other side with Charming as his luggage.
"Do NOT let go of him!" Gaston screamed.
Le Fou gulped and jumped into the murky water.
And every single person there knew that going in the water during a lightning storm was the most dangerous idea ever.
