Tangled is my favorite Disney movie for many reasons besides the wonderful storyline and beautiful imagery. I really relate to Rapunzel in so many ways. I try to be optimistic and see the beauty in the small things in life. I try to stay hopeful and occupy my time with many hobbies. I have so many interests and love learning about them and learning about the world and other cultures. We also share physical features, brown hair and green eyes, and prefer walking outside barefoot. I also have some German heritage, so I relate to her that way as well.

My mother also acts a lot like Mother Gothel. She tells me that I am too insecure, I would never survive in the world on my own, I am too kind and forgiving that the world will destroy me. I am too chubby, too quiet, and too naive for anyone to ever want to date, love, or marry me. She says how she is so much prettier than me and that I am too messy and dress too casually to stand out and have a relationship. My mother says that she knows what is best for me.

This is so similar to what Mother Gothel says to Rapunzel “Sloppy, underdressed,” “Gullible, naïve,” “I see a strong, confident beautiful young lady. Oh look, you’re here, too.” I felt an instant connection to Rapunzel the first time I saw Tangled. My mother loves me, though, and she does so much for me. I have honestly started to feel that I won't be able to find love or live on my own. I know that Rapunzel did leave, so there is still hope for me, but I feel dependent on my mother and want to please her.

I even chose a college major to please her, but it wasn't my dream, and I finally started breaking free like Rapunzel did when she went to chase after her dream of seeing the lanterns and when I switched my major out of healthcare to become an elementary school teacher. I hope one day I can really leave "my tower," find my prince, and have my happily ever after like Rapunzel did. For now I am left, “wondering when will my life begin?”

In the meantime, Rapunzel and Tangled has given me hope and a character that inspires me and I can relate to.

Thank you for being so welcoming and giving me an outlet to feel comfortable enough to share things that are very personal to me.

I hope you have a great rest of the week.

Okay so I tried to seek others' opinions for this who connect with Merida more than I do. I realized that there are articles on here for the ranking of every princess except for Merida and I didn't think there should be any reason for her to be excluded. I always found these articles to be so neat though so I hope the Merida-fans will appreciate this. I'm completely open to any changes with more input.

12. Aurora: General consensus seems to be that Merida would get along with Aurora the absolute least, most likely for their opposite in characters. Aurora rates duty, grace/manners, love/romance...

This was the solo Jasmine was originally going to sing in Aladdin. It is included in the Broadway adaptation <3.

"Call Me A Princess" is a song intended to be sung by Princess Jasmine in Aladdin. In her early development she was supposed to be a typical, spoiled, bratty princess, and this song focused in on that. The developers scrapped the idea along with this song to make Jasmine the headstrong, compassionate woman we know today. If this song wasn't deleted it would have been the first solo song sung by Jasmine, but now that title belongs to the song I've Got My Eyes on You.

The song was...

Anna and Elsa, please sing this song in the sequel!!!
Hi everyone, after reading about a deleted song "Life's Too Short". This gave me an idea to write another "deleted" song called Love Can't Be Denied which was composed by Alan Menken prior leaving the project when the movie was under it's original title.
Now, I have been having trouble about who would actually sing this song if it was in the final film itself. Whether it's going to the famous sisters or Kristoff towards Anna. However, I felt that the song should have been more for both Anna and Elsa, since the lyrics fits them personally especially the latter.
Unfortunately, I have a slight...

Once upon a time, all of the Disney Princesses came to visit Dee Dee in Malaysia and do their usual stuffs. All of the princesses decide to do shopping, and they all agree. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.
Dee Dee opens the door, and to her amazement, there was a young girl dressing up in Cinderella's rag dress! "Who are you?" asked Dee Dee said astonishingly, the young girl replies "My name is Ella, may I come in?", Dee Dee lets her in, looking skeptical about her.
Then, Ella hears Cinderella's voice coming in their direction, and gestures Dee Dee to hide with her. "Hello my animated...

I'm not the best at describing looks, but I did it anyway. Here's my prettiest DP list!

13. Jasmine
There’s nothing really bad about her looks in particular, but she just has features that I don’t really find appealing. Her nose seems just a little bit too big for her face and while it does fit naturally I don’t like how it looks next to her other features. Though her eyebrows are thick, I actually don’t mind them they do bring character to her and they aren’t really that big and since she has thick hair it would make sense. What really turns me off from Jasmine’s look is her eyes,...
