I, myself only knew 7 out of 14. Who knows, you might know more than me or know less than me. Either way enjoy reading and absorb the knowledge!

Trivia

1) Production designer Richard Vander Wende devised a simple color scheme for the film, inspired by its desert setting. Blue (water) stands for good, red (heat) for evil, and yellow (sand) is neutral. For example, the villainous Jafar is clad in blacks and reds, while the virtuous Jasmine wears blue. Another example is in the Cave of Wonders, where the lamp's chamber is blue, and the ruby that tempts Abu is bright red.

2) Jasmine was originally supposed to be a bit more active. At one point, she was supposed to confront the Sultan and angrily declare "We have to talk", but the animators nixed it because it would have meant designing an entirely new room for that talk so were forced to fall back on showing Jasmine crying instead (which made them cringe). Also, when Jasmine was trapped in the hourglass, she was supposed to use the jewel in her headpiece to cut herself free, but this was changed to a last-minute rescue by Aladdin. Jasmine was also going to be a spoiled brat who wanted to marry the richest of all the princes, only becoming a sweet girl who learns humility after falling in love with Aladdin. A song was even written for the spoiled version of Jasmine, titled "Call Me a Princess". The production team dropped this personality because they didn't think audiences would like her very much.

3) Aladdin was originally fully aware that Jasmine was the princess when he first met her. It was changed because the production team believed that it implied Aladdin fell in love with her because of her money and power, not because he genuinely cared about her.

Goofs

1) During "Whole New World", we can see Aladdin and Jasmine descending down on the magic carpet, and we can hear Jasmine singing, "A whole new world," but her mouth is not moving. This is right after she sings "Through an endless diamond sky..."

2) When Jasmine and her father are talking about marriage in the garden, her outfit changes from gray to turquoise two different times.

3) The flower in Jasmine's hair is on the wrong side when reflected in the stream.

4) After Aladdin stops the merchant from chopping off Jasmine's hand, he gives the sword to Jasmine, who hides it behind her back. In the very next scene she no longer has the sword, and there is no sign of it in later shots.

5) When Jasmine is pretending to be under the Genie's spell towards the end of the movie, she gets up and puts the crown Jafar made on her head. Later when Jafar sees Aladdin reflected in the crown he knocks her to the ground, when she hits the ground and looks up, the crown is not on the floor around as it mat have fallen off unnoticed.

6) During "A Whole New World" scene, when Jasmine pets the horse, the flower on her head seems to disappear. Not until when they are flying over the water does the flower return.

7) While Jafar has Jasmine enchained, she wears a snake bracelet on her right arm. After Jasmine attempts to steal Jafar's staff, Jafar knocks her to the ground, and the bracelet can briefly be seen on her left arm. In following scenes it returns to her right arm.

8) While pole vaulting across rooftops with Aladdin, Jasmine's hair falls free from her wrap, and the wrap is around her shoulders. Upon landing her hair is neatly tucked under the wrap around her head.

9) When Jasmine climbs the wall of the palace to run away as a beggar, Rajah helps her up and we see her trouser leg. But a close-up of her foot shows her shoe and bare leg.

10) When Jasmine is leaving the palace (to run away as a beggar) you can hear her say goodbye but her lips do not move.

Plot Hole

1) After Jasmine finds out that Prince Ali is the boy from the market, she is angry with him for lying to her and demands that he tell her the truth. She doesn't say anything about him being arrested and Jafar telling her that he had the boy beheaded. One would think that would be the first thing she would have asked him about.

Right now I'm doing a countdown for which Disney Princess is the best role model, and I've seen some people not think they're the best role models, and since personally I see them as the three best role models, I'd like to explain why I think so. Also, I wanted to right an article that was a bit more thought provoking other than another countdown and I was bored. I'll go through why each princess is a good role model individually, and at the end conclude what they all have in common, so let's get started! (I literally say "let's get started" or "without further ado" for every single one of...

All of the princesses have amazing hair. But who has the best hair? It's hard to decide, but here is my list.

13.) Snow White
Sorry Snow but your hair is not very amazing. I like that its curly but its too short. It doesn't look awesome blowing in the wind because its so short. If it were longer you would be higher on the list.

12.) Tiana
I don't really like Tiana's hair. Its messy and always in a bun or ponytail. I do like her curls but I wish she would let her hair down, both literally and figuratively. Her hair is not very exciting.

11.) Cinderella
Her hair has no body or bounce to it. Its sort...

Frozen, the latest Disney Princess movie that was claimed to have been the best movie since The Lion King. Does it hold it up as a Disney Classic?

The Princess and the Frog was released in 2009, in an effort to restore the Disney Animation Company's reputation. In this movie they went back to their own roots, using a fairy tale revolving around a princess, who receives her Prince Charming in the end, and sings catchy tunes along the way. Notable differences from the other movies included an African American protagonist (Disney's first!) and a modern setting (New Orleans, Louisiana). Although...

I've noticed that characters and relationships are discussed in great detail on this page where a lot of the Disney Princesses are ripped apart. Well as much as I agree to a lot of whats being said I think to kick-start my first time writing an article on this page I would start out on a positive note.

Snow White
For starters she is the one who started it ALL. Disney's first and most anticipated movie was hers. For years he dreamed of recreating this wonderful fairytale that is so incredibly enduring and timeless that here we are on fanpop talking about it all the time. The best thing about...

The Queen of Spoilers
The Queen of Spoilers
Tony Stark is Iron Man, everyone dies at the end of Les Miserables, Cinderella goes to the Ball, Spoiler, Spoiler, Spoiler, SPOILERS!!!!

Back in the day before the web, 'yes there was a time before the web,' it wasn't this hard to hide yourself from spoilers. Now with one the BIGGEST Disney Movie Event in a long time, it's even hard to hide from them. But this article hopefully will help everyone know what do to when it comes to spoilers.

The Wall.
The wall is like your facebook wall, you post something and everyone can see it. Now when you see Frozen say opening day you’re going want to be...

This is my first article on Fanpop and I hope you all enjoy viewing it! This is completely my own opinion and should not be taken seriously. I will be creating an updated list after Frozen premieres. Please keep in mind that this is a list for specific characters, not their movies. Otherwise, this list would look much much different. Let the countdown begin!

#11: Mulan

I have nothing against Mulan, honestly, but she is the one Disney Princess that doesn't interest me in any way, shape, or form. She is strong, chivalrous, and brave. Which is great, but I've always been a girly-girl. Her personality...

Hey guys! So I’ve been here since the beginning of summer, and I figured it was time to make one of these since I’ve seen so many of my new friends make them, too! I haven’t really opened up to anyone about who I am and what I like, so I thought this would be a good place to start! :)

My name is Brooke and I’m 18 years old. I live in southern Delaware with my parents, my two older sisters, and my younger brother. However, I’m going to be moving to college in a couple days, so that’s going to change soon!

I originally came to fanpop when I was researching Disney history for a fun...

CALLING ALL MEMBERS!!!!!

A petition is starting and I need your help! There are five women who are part of the "Disney Animated Characters" who I believe deserve to become known as a "Disney Princesses". When I am done with the petition I will be sending a letter to Disney Productions.

I will start with Kida(Kidagakish), Princess of Atlantis from "Atlantis:The Lost Empire" and "Atlantis:Milo's Return". Next there is Esmerala, Princess of the Paris Gypsies from "The Hunchback of Notre Dame 1 & 2". Then there is Meg(Megara), married to Hercules(Prince of Gods) from "Hercules". Some would...

I might not be black, or have dimples and I may don't have blach hair, but in Tianas eyes I saw me. She is an amazing character who works hard to get that she wants. Her movie is amazing all that travelling to tastes and jazz music of 1920 makes you feel that you are there, even If you have never come there, believe me I never had the change to see how those people lived and enjoy jazz music. I find all this with the princess of 20th century amazing, cause it shows us that a princess can exist in every time period. The friendship she has with Charlotte it shows us that friend can be with any...

Hi. I'm new here and since everyone was doing this list I decided to give it a try too. :) Thanks for letting me share this with you. :3

Okay then, number 10. Is Anastasia (Anastasia)
I have to admit she looks a little bit older than 18. Her appearance is a little plain, but still I like her fiery character and hair.

9. Is Ariel (Disney's The Little Mermaid, really sorry, guys) And she wouldn't even be on this list if it weren't for her looks. I've always liked mermaids. (When I was little I pretended to be one) and she has lovely hair and an adorable face, but to me, she's just too perky, childish...

10. Pocahontas & John Smith

Sorry for some more Pocahontas bashing, I am not doing it on purpose. They're the only couple I'm not fond of at all. The relationship only seems passionate to me. John Smith's fast change of mind wasn't believable at all. A lot of scenes were awkward for me to watch. Like when Kocoum saw John & Poca kissing and when she admitted she loved John to everyone at the worst time possible. Plus, John Smith would've shot Pocahontas if she wasn't beautiful. I just see them as two hot people who lust over each other and John Smith doesn't even...

When dimitri_is_hot made her list of the Disney Princes she'd settle down with I figured I'd do it too but with the Disney Princesses. It took a lot of thought to figure it out. Anyway please comment about what you think and please keep in mind this is just my opinion.

11.Aurora

I honestly don't think we would have any chemistry. Me and her don't really have anything in common, other than feeling like people treat us like we're still children, but other than that nothing really. I'm outspoken and a little rebellious while she's dependent and does what she's told. For me I prefer to have...

( I AM SO SORRY GUYS!!!! I haven't written in MONTHS!!!! I was just so caught up in school and homework I didn't have time to make Disney Academy stories. Please forgive me :( anyways.....here we go!!!)

Father never approved of education.
In the tribe, you didn't go to school or work. You'd just live. There was no need for education. But I took it seriously.
When my mother was alive, she also valued education. She was always teaching me new things. The other members of the tribe disproved, because they thought my mother was acting like a white person. But my mother simply closed her ears to the...

Favourite Formal Dresses: link

10) Mulan's Green / Multi-coloured Dress

I don't like this dress. The top green part really suits her so does the red sash. But the rest of the colours doesn't do her any favours.

9) Aurora's Cottage / Forest Dress

This is proof that Aurora looks good in any thing. It's a very plain dull looking dress, but Aurora's graceful movements and natural beauty make it seem elegant. But I can't put it any higher because the grey makes it too dreary!

8) Snow White's Forest Dress

I don't like the back-collar high neck piece. The skirt is...

Author’s Note: Hey Fanpop fans!
Here is another part of my fan fiction “Disney Princess Awards”. I know, it took time to do it! I tried to do it more interesting. I want to tell you that this part is a little long and more romantic. I am sorry, but I love romantic parts. I want to clarify that to me, Cinderella is the leader of the Disney Princesses. I know that some disagree, but I love the idea of Cinderella of been the leader. I hope that you like this part. Have suggestions? Please feel free to add in the comments. Please, write some comments, I want to know your opinions. Enjoy it!...
