Hola! I already wrote my updated DP movie list, if you haven't read it yet, here's the link. link. So, I rewatched the DP films and my opinions on the princesses have changed so here is my updated list. The number in the parenthesis is where that princess used to be on my list. I genuinely don't dislike any princess but I don't love them all either so I also placed the princesses in groups according to how much I like them.

Neutral Liking
These are the girls that I do like but just don't find myself super interested in. So my feelings towards them are kind of neutral.
I'm sorry Cindy, you're nice and all but you're not really my type but maybe if you keep believing your dream of making my top 5 will come true (yeah right, doubt it).

13. Cinderella (12)
This girl never seems to do well on my lists. She at the bottom of my beauty and singing lists and her movie is also my least favorite. Now don't get me wrong, she's pretty and has a lovely voice and her movie truly is a classic but she's not very exciting to me. I like the scenes with her but she still fails to interest me a lot. I do admire her for her patience and mental strength and like that she has some sass but at the end of the day she doesn't stand out to me like the others do. I don't like how she just let's the Tremaines walk all over her but at the same time I understand that she probably wouldn't have had any other choice but to work for them. Their is something about her that I find a little bland and generic but she's still the picture of elegance, grace, and sophistication and is truly a classic in every way. Plus I like how kind she is and how she tries to hit Lucifer with the broom.
You were very briefly one of my favorites once upon a dream but quoth the raven, nevermore.

12. Aurora (13)
Well at least she's not my least favorite anymore. She is very pretty and has a gorgeous voice but I still find her kind of bland. I used to love her, mainly because of her looks and voice, but her personality really has never interested me that much. Well, it does interest me a bit but it's because we see so little of her that I would like to see more of her personality. She does seem like a nice girl but she's not very exciting. I like how she's sort of free spirited and shy but I dislike how she doesn't really play an active role in her own story. She does the admirable thing of putting duty first but I just find her lack of action and words a little weird and boring, I'm sure most girls would at least try to argue about being forced to marry someone they don't even know, what if it wasn't Philip and ended being some creepy, mean, old guy, she'd be miserable for the rest of her life, she just doesn't do enough but I like how she is a little mysterious. She is the princess who is the most "damsel in distress"-like, which I'm not crazy about.

Like
Well Elsa, I had to let you go from my top 10 but maybe when I finally get to see more of your personality you'll make it back in.

11. Elsa (7)
I actually have always liked Elsa, just not as much as most people outside of Fanpop. I do think she is stunning and has a very strong, albeit nasally, voice but I wish we got to see more of her in the movie. I'm sure that if she had more screen time and wasn't afraid most of the time she'd be in my top 10, maybe even my top 5, but alas we end up not really get to know her. I love how regal, sophisticated, and mature she is, she really looks the part of the queen. I don't find her selfish and can relate to her being unsure of herself and afraid of what others would think of and do to her. I do really like Let it Go but I still think it was a bit of a drastic change in attitude and I don't like how she is not any more confident afterward and shuns Anna again. I don't like that she runs from her problems but I do like that she fights the guards, escapes her cell, and doesn't let Anna marry Hans.
The fact that she has ice powers is cool too ;)
I still want you to be part of my world Ariel, seriously, but i just like other women more than you, we can still be friends, right? ..right?

10. Ariel (6)
Wow, she has really dropped on my list. It's not really that I like Ariel any less now but that I like most of the others more. She is beautiful, adventurous, and has a nice voice but she just doesn't interest me the way the others do. I don't think she's all that selfish really, her big problem is that she doesn't think through her decisions very well. Going to Ursula was a big mistake but I still like that she set out to make her dreams a reality and was not judgemental of humans even thing she was raised to hate and fear them. I also don't think she's as obsessive about Eric as everyone says. She has a likable personality but I just don't connect to her that much. My mom was surprised to see her so low on my list, since Ariel is her favorite and I honestly do like her but she doesn't interest as much as she used to. In a way she is sort of the average, albeit careless and reckless, teenage girl who is misunderstood by her parent(s).
Don't look at me with that face girl, at least I moved you up a spot. I like you but don't sass me, 9th place will just have to do for you, now run along to your little Prince Ali.
Don't look at me with that face girl, at least I moved you up a spot. I like you but don't sass me, 9th place will just have to do for you, now run along to your little Prince Ali.

9. Jasmine (10)
Ok coolsinger, she moved up on my list, unfortunately it was only one place but I do really like her much more than before, I just didn't have room to place her higher :) I like how sassy she is and how she wants to marry for love no matter what the law says. I also like that she's a quick learner and is kind to her subjects. She isn't stuck up and bratty like so many people say, o.k. she's a little like that with those snobby princes but that's because she didn't want to marry them, she was nice to Aladdin when he was just a street rat. One thing that I'm still not crazy about is her hair and her speaking voice but at least she has a nice singing voice although we only get to hear it once. I like how she's the only princess who wears pants and think that she is probably the sassiest princess of them all. Her spunky attitude was unique to her and makes her stand out from the other princesses, well that and her Middle Eastern beauty.

Really Like
Well Poca, you're not in my top 5 anymore but hey, at least you can still paint with all the colors of the wind, how many other princesses can do that?

8. Pocahontas (4)
She used to be so high up on my list but now look at her. I will always have a special place in my heart for her and her film but after re-watching the movie I must admit that I was ot as interested in both of them as much as I used to be. Sure, I still really like her but I think it's more because of nostalgia. I've always liked that her natural appearance and serious, mature personality is different from every other princess. Everyone is always complaining about her indecision but I while I noticed it, it didn't really bother me. What did bother me was that she never said what she needed to say when she needed to say it, of that made sense. Like when they take John Smith away, why couldn't she just tell them that it wasn't his fault that Kocoum died and that she loved him, I suppose that that is a problem that stems from her indecision so I guess that did bother me more than I thought. I think she can be beautiful but she can just as easily look weird but I like her overall appearance and she has a great voice. I've always liked that she's the only princess who wears a short dress. She and Aurora were my favorites for a while when I was young but they have definitely fallen in my lists. I agree with those that say they much prefer the cliff diving, more humorous Pocahontas to the more bland Pocahontas in the second half of the film.
Well, i thought I'd never have you so high on my list but you've really grown on me and yeah, I said I don't like your bangs, what are you going to do about it, Belle? Go read a book.

7. Belle (11)
Wow, while some princesses dropped on my list others like Belle and the next two unexpectedly rose. I used to not see the big deal with Belle and thought that she was too perfect but now I understand why she is so popular, she really is a great princess. Her voice is lovely, she is quite pretty, her signature gold ball gown is beautiful, and her personality is not as goody goody and boring as I had previously thought.I love that she reads and is not afraid or intimidated by Gaston and how she thirsts for adventure. She has some sass and shows courage and selflessness through all of her actions and is all around a wonderful character who I can relate to. Still, I find the next 6 princesses more engaging and more to my liking, but now Belle is out of the dreaded bottom 3 and is no longer the average and hugely overrated princess I used to see her as. I still don't like her bangs though.

Love
In the Southland, there's a princess, who has suddenly become one of my favorites. Girl, you are like ma belle evangeline, my evening star, my...6th place, hmm well you've waited this long to make it this far you can wait a little longer to make the top 5

6. Tiana (8)
I honestly used to not really like this girl but now I love her. I used to find her too serious and pretty boring but I was wrong, she is a great character, she is not too serious and she's definitely not boring. I really admire her for being hardworking and dedicated, I can relate to her working hard to make her dreams come true, well I relate to her because I have big dreams but I'm not actively working towards them..yet, so I should learn a thing or two from Tiana about not being lazy. Tiana is an excellent and inspiring role model with a funny side but I do think she goes a little overboard with her hard work, all good things in moderation, you know. She kind of had a one track mind about getting the restaurant, she could have taken a break at least once in a while. Still, I love her determination and maturity and I think that she is one of the most unique princesses. Oh and let's not forget that she is beautiful, has a great voice, and a gorgeous green gown and she kills the villain unlike almost every other princess. I love how she is a more modern, serious, goal oriented, strong, realistic princess. Poor girl, why'd they have to make her a frog for most of the movie? I mean I know why but you know....
With a smile and a song, I happily welcome Snow White into my top 5, I love you girl, never change.

5. Snow White (9)
I used to not really know what I felt towards her but now I know that I LOVE her. She is EASILY my favorite classic princess. I love how she is very sweet and kind but has a sassy, bossy, manipulative side too. She is stronger and braver than people usually give her credit for and really the only problem I have with her is that she bit the apple but of course she needed to for the sake of the story, (wipes a tear) that little trooper. Her voice used to be one of my least favorites but it's grown on me lately and even if it is a little strange, old fashioned, and shaky, I like it. I also love her dress and general appearance and I just find her so charming, I really do love her.
Yeah, Merida, you're happy aren't you? Step into the open air and touch the sky, my noble maiden fair. Ok these captions are getting really cheesy.

4. Merida (5)
I have always liked this girl because she is so feisty, rebellious, and tough, not your typical princess. She makes mistakes but does everything possible to fix them. She is the type of strong, independent, temperamental female character that I've always found pretty appealing. I love her wild red hair and her not so prim and proper demeanor, I love her walk. I'd rather date someone more ladylike but I'd love to have her as a frind. I don't think she is as pretty as some people say but I do think that she has a very unique beauty that I like. I love how she doesn't want her life to be controlled by others and actually does something to change her fate, it wasn't the right thing but at least , like Ariel, she tried *cough* take notes Aurora. I love that she speaks her mind and is always herself, not trying to be the perfect princess that her mom wants to be. I also love that she is an archer, I've always found archery pretty cool and this girl has got skills. She is a free spirit and I love that.
"Don't know if I'm elated or gassy, but I'm somewhere in that zone" ah, what a great quote, Anna, stay classy. Btw she looks a little gassy in that 2nd picture.

3. Anna
To be honest, nothing has changed in my top 3, everything is the same as before. Ah, another princess who is not your typical princess and is 100% unapologetically herself. She's quirky, funny, awkward, loud, clumsy, and a little ditsy, ok she can be dumb and brash at times too but that's what I like about her, she's not perfect, at all, and she doesn't seem to care, I think that's great. She is also very pretty and has a nice voice along with a lovely wardrobe. Anna's undying faith in and love for her sister are admirable. She's not as original as many people say but that's ok, it doesn't bother me in the least. I would love to have a friend like Anna, caring, fun-loving, and braver and stronger and much more selfless than people give her credit for. I love that she punches Hans at the end, I love it when the female characters fight back. I also really am loving For the First Time In Forever lately :) It's sad that Anna has been pretty much pushed to the side by everyone outside of Fanpop because of Elsa, I mean I like Elsa but obviously I prefer Anna. Anna is also quite pretty and I really like her voice and optimistic spirit.
Yeah, Rapunzel, you're still #2, isn't that great? Maybe your new dream can be to become my favorite. Maybe I'll see the light at last and move you up. Ok girl, youe trying too hard in that second picture.

2. Rapunzel
I like everything about Rapunzel. She is pretty, creative, fun-loving, and very nice. On top of that she has magic glowing hair,is quite skilled with a frying pan, and has the ability to get a bunch of thugs and ruffians to sing and dance with her and their dreams, no one else has all those qualities except her. I love how she goes from being a very naive girl to becoming a strong woman who rebels against her oppressor and is willing to sacrifice herself for her loved one. I always find it difficult to believe that someone could dislike Rapunzel or my #1 for that matter, they are both so appealing, their is a reason why they are so popular. My biggest problem with Rapunzel is that she ends up with short brown hair that I don't think matches her all that well, but that's Flynn's fault really. I like her voice and dress but they aren't ultra special or amazing or anything, just pretty. I love how she becomes outgoing and does whatever she can to make her dream come true, even if it means disobeying her "mother". I think that she is a lot of fun and while she is like some other princesses she manages to be pretty different and more interesting and engaging than the others.
Who is that girl I see? She's Mulan, my all time favorite, did anyone really expect a different #1 from me. Give me a warrior woman over a damsel in distress any day.

1. Mulan
Ah, my favorite, what can I say about her that I haven't already said? She is amazing, not only because she almostgle handedly saved China (how many other Disney characters have saved their whole country?) but because she is brave, strong, funny (people forget that she's probably the funniest princess), and super selfless. How many other girls would choose to take their father's place in the army at the risk of being discovered and killed so that he wouldn't have to fight? She is a very admirable character and a wonderful role model. She doesn't feel like she belongs and really wants to make her family proud but she doesn't know how at the beginning of the film but by the end the film she is considered a hero by the whole country. She shows that girls can do anything guys can do( even physical things, remember their are female soldiers today who do everything that the male soldiers do and throughout history their have been many female warriors who proved to be braver and even tougher than men) and sometimes girls even do things better than guys. It's not impossible for a woman to be a great warrior and I think her transformation isn't impossible since the entire army was improving at the same time plus they were training for weeks. She doesn't all of a sudden become a serious, perfect soldier, she never is a perfect soldier she just gets lucky sometimes and is a quick thinker but she is still the awkward, funny girl from the beginning of the film, she has only matured a bit and discovered what she is good at. And things don't come easily for her, did you not see her struggling during I'll Make A Man Out Of You? Did you not see her get discovered,, shunned and left alone of the mountain? Other princesses have had it much easier. Wow, this is becoming a Mulan defense article, anyway, she is super popular for a reason, how can anyone dislike Mulan? She is such a great character and even if she isn't really a princess she deserves to be in the lineup because she did more than any other princess. She is pretty and has a beautiful voice plus her dresses are very nice. I love how she is like the most realistic princess in that she didn't get a lot of magical help, I mean really, how much did Mushu actually help by using magic?

So, that's it, I know that this article was long overdue since the other updated article was published like a month ago. I hope you liked it, please comment on what you thought. Btw, the pictures were meant to sort of be like the princess' reactions to either their spot on the list or something I said about them.

I've finally made up my mind and created my list of favorite Disney Princesses. Forgive me for not having any pictures for the list (I don't know how to make them). I hope that I won't get any hate from others.

12. Ariel
I never did see why she's so popular. She defied her father and made a stupid decision trading her voice for a guy she only met...once. ONCE! That's just plain dumb, that's why she's at the bottom of the list, but if I have to say one thing good about the movie...it would be arguing with her father when she forgot the concert. I mean...what daughter doesn't argue with their dad?...

I have been wanting to do this article for months, and I finally have my list sorted out. I decided I am going to do one now, and then an updated one in a few weeks with Anna and Elsa in it. Hope you like it. :)

Numbers 10-9 are the princesses I simply like.

10. Tiana (Previously: 10)

I like Tiana, she's everything I should want to be. She's a perfect role model. She's mature, hard-working, dutiful, sensible, practical, everything I'm not. I really admire her determination and her bravery, but it ends there. I can't really connect with her at all, which makes me uninterested in her.

09. Snow White...

I've seen and read many of these types of articles lately and I thought I would do one too. So here it is:

10. Snow White and The Prince- They are dead last because we only see them interact once at the beginning of the movie when Snow White is singing at the wishing well and only for a moment. After that we don't see the prince again until the end of the movie when he kisses Snow White and she wakes up. So it would be next to impossible to place them any higher on the list when they barely have any interaction. They are cute together though.
9. Tiana and Naveen- They have plenty of interaction...

11.

Merida is my least favorite Princess. Nothing against her at all! She is of course beautiful and I do love her but I do love the classic DP better. She is though a wonderful DP.

10.

Mulan is a great princess and I admire much about her but I can't say shes one of my favorites. She doesn't capture and entice me like the other princesses.

9.

Pocahontas I feel bad that i have put her this low but I feel other princesses are better. Pocahontas is great! She's brave and caring but she does bore me sometimes.

This is my first article on here but I'd like to put my updated favorite Disney princess list out there. I will likely make another one in a few weeks after I see Frozen. For now though my list is this.
1. Jasmine- She is still my number one, I doubt that will change anytime soon. I love her fiery, independent nature and how she stands up for herself and is not a prized to be won. I admire her for this. I also love her sweet, compassionate side when she handed an apple to the child.
2. Aurora-still my second favorite and very dear to me. I love her dreamy, romantic personality and how she is...

Okay, I decided to do one(: This list doesn't change too often, but still.. I'm not big on descriptions and such. And I will apologize for the way I talk, which a lot of you will think I'm crazy for, in advanced. Okay.. Go!

11. Merida
I have seen very little of her movie, but what I have seen is a bratty, unspecial, and annoying girl. Enough said, broski.

10. Snow White
She is too cheery and happy. I'm optimism, but not all her crazy junk. I do enjoy her manipulative and sarcastic side. (;

9. Cinderella
I admire her attitude towards everything, but meh..

8. Ariel
No.. Just no. And for your nosy little...

Ok I have to clear up a confusion that people seem to have about Merida being Pixar and not Disney.

You are mistaken.....notice that...at the start of every Pixar movie, you see the DISNEY logo start (the castle), then the Pixar studio logo (the lamp)
and at the start of Disney movies you have the same Disney logo and THEN the walt disney animation studio logo (steamboat Mickey)...

2 different studios owned by the SAME Disney company.

Disney owns the Pixar studio, disney studio and several other branches that make other movies like the live action ones, exct.

If disney was that separate from Pixar,...

This is my opinion and no on elses. please comment if you want to share your lists or your opinion. Also this is only judging on the first movie, no sequels....anyway......

10.Aurora-
Don't get me wrong I like aurora, but someone had to be #10, and thats her. I find her slightly boring and i never really liked her movie. But she is beautiful.

Very Nice! I would like to say thank you to the ones that voted for me and also wish everyone else good luck for the FOTM picks coming up.

2. Do you prefer DP movies more than regular Disney movies?

I don't really have a prefrence I just like movies in general.

3. Which princess do you love the most and why?

I used to be a big Ariel fan, but as I got older I started looking at her differently and seeing her from a different point of view. Now I see that she really is not a good role model and is very spoiled and shallow. I am now a big Tiana Fan. She...

Welcome guys to my final and most upbeat interview yet. I am very happy to announce this final session will be with the characters from Disney’s Tangled! I have two main reasons for being super excited about this one; one Rapunzel is so super bubbly and hyper that this should be a very exciting interview and two I get to stare at Flynn during the whole thing…YAY ME! We are doing this interview outside in a beautiful clearing and it is just to be me, Rapunzel, and Flynn (sigh)

The two girls met up with Eugene and Rapunzel told him what Ariel told her.

I hate choosing a least favorite. :( I love how Tiana goes after her dreams and won't give up until she's done, but there seems like there's something missing about her. She's just kind of blah. I can't find a bunch of words to describe her; hardworking, determined, serious, kind....and that's about it. Her personality's just too realistic for me.

NOTE: This is a very long article.
I actually rewatched all the Disney princess movies two times just so that I can be absolutely positive about my opinions. This list might change in a month or something, though. It’s really hard for me to rank the films because I just love every single Disney classic, especially I love every single Disney princess movie. I just tried to think which of the movies I want to see the most and tried not to concentrate on the characters only. This is a lot different from my previous favorite DP movie list but it’s the first time in half a year I’m updating...
