Up in the cottage, Aurora woke up early ready for the challenges ahead. She grabbed a royal blue coat, ankle to neck length, and slipped some ballet flats on. She flipped through books upon books containing maps and stuffed them into a concealed basket. Then a small crimpled painting of Fauna edged with burns of fire, "just in case I happen to run into anyone." Aurora disengaged her lips realizing the sound of her voice could awaken Flora. Obviously as you could have told, Aurora was settling of to venture and find Fauna, possibly Merryweather. She gripped tightly to the basket. Walking towards the door laying her hand on the doorknob, she paused and and reconized the sound Flora baking in the kitchen. Aurora cringed, "please don't hear, please don't hear."
Wooden spoon down, Flora lowered her brows opinion determination, inhaled, put a smile on and turned towards Aurora, "Are you going somewhere, dearie?"
Aurora paused and removed her hand from the doorknob "Flora, I was...I mean, would you like me to go into the forest and pick you some berries?" With a fake positive tune on Aurora smiled.
"Oh, that would be delightful! Thank you, Aurora! Would you like me to pack you some food and water for the way?" Flora reached into a wooden basket, "Silly me, I've already packed for you. I had a funny feeling you were up to good deeds," she passed by a larger then the average vial with a cork barged in tightly in the rim. Aurora packed the vial into the basket, "Afterwards I think I'll head home." Flora frowned, "It was nice seeing you again dearie."
"I'm coming back to give you the berries," Aurora waved good-bye and made her way out to the open. As soon as the cottage was out of sight, she started to pay attention to every creak of sound and every flash of color.

"Maleficent, wake up! Tell me do you have to girl?" Lady Tremaine bursted through the door, snapping her fingers. Flora vanished into a green light that swirled back into Maleficent, "I thought you had the girl!"
Tremaine rolled her eyes, "Please, the important thing is we get the..." She lowered her voice, "you know what."
"Yes, but how?"
"Oh please! I'm surrounded by idiots, you and your crow."
Maleficent lowered a brow and raised another, "do you want to play with me? Last time I checked I was ten times as powerful as you, now do not call me an idiot ever again or you can say goodbye to the magic I granted you."
Lady Tremaine opened her mouth to say something, though to frightened nothing came out.
"Here," Maleficent handed an Arabic key to Tremaine just like the one Belle, correction Chip, found covered in gold, "Don't lose this, there is a set of three. It's nearly impossible to find. You have the boy and the old woman, yes?"
"Yes, what do you need me to do?"

Aurora heard a twig crack behind her back, "Hello? Is anyone here?"
"Aurora, dear?"
Aurora couldn't make out the voice, an old dreary voice, never to have been heard before by anyone in the castle, "Excuse me, have we met before?"
The old woman came closer out of the fog she was a wreck, unstable walking, scars upon her face, hunch back and a basket with hardly any food, "Why yes, don't you remember me?"
"Oh no, I'm sorry. But that doesn't matter, are you hurt or hungry?" Aurora rested her arm over the Old Woman's back and helped her re-gain balance.
"Oh no, thank you, you're very kind. Would you like an apple?"
"Thank you, but I've already packed food, you can take whatever you'd like."
"No please, take an apple, my apples are special." The old woman dug around her basket, arm peaked under lid, out came a blood red apple, "you see, my apples are special, they can grant you wishes with just one bite."
Aurora picked the apple up without thinking twice, "just one bite? Oh but, you can't with out letting me give you anything, you look very thirsty." She reached into the basket and reached out the large vial, "here."
The old woman grabbed the vial and dripped the liquid onto a flower, watching it burn, "But Maleficent knew I was having it taken care of." She mumbled uncontrollably not letting Aurora hear a sound nor she let her see the flower, "Make a wish..."
Aurora held the apple close to her lips and closed her eyes tightly, more than anything she wanted her loved ones back. With a loud crunch, she bit into the apple.

With Aurora leaning on her back, the old hag threw her into the cottage, "Ladies, I have her now. I fed her the apple."
Maleficent narrowed her eyes down on the Old Hag, "your task was simply to bring her to the abandoned east tower, am I wrong?"
The Old Hag looked confused, she opened her mouth to speak but Maleficent hushed her, "I know, I know, did you forget? That's fine, people make mistakes. When she wakes up she'll follow by our plan."
"I'm sorry, I'll try better next time-"
"Don't worry you won't forget again."
"You're taking this really well..."
"You'll NEVER forget anything again!" With a wave of her hands a near by mirror shattered, lay there all the pieces. She charged them towards the old hag cutting into her throat and muscles, "that was just Devine, I haven't killed anyone in ages," she laid her hands on her back and stretched. "What about the girl?!" Tremaine snapped.
"Didn't you hear? When she wakes up she'll follow our plan..."

Most people would agree that each of the Disney Princesses are individually unique. While most people take their stories and personalities into consideration, few tend to recognize that they each have an individual artistic style. Even though over the years their lineup has homogenized to create what we might consider Classic Disney, the design of nearly each princess was in fact inspired with a specific artist or art style in mind. I believe this is the je-ne-sais-quoi people have a hard time attributing...

Facts about Cinderella

1.Cinderella is the second Disney Princess, joining the franchise in 1950, after Snow White in 1937.

2.Cinderella is the first Disney Princess to be seen as a little girl, before Tiana in 2009 and Rapunzel in 2010.

3.Cinderella's hair color has often been the subject of debate among fans. In the original film, Cinderella's hair seems to be of a light orange tone, classifying her as either a redhead or a ginger as her hair had been offically called 'burnt orange'. In the franchise and in the Disney parks,

4.Cinderella's hair is publicized as bright yellow, making her a golden-blonde,...

In honor of Valentines Day coming up I'm making a list of my top 14 favorite love songs from animated movies. Starting with my least favorite, number 14, each day I will add a love song I like and on Valentines Day I will reveal my number one favorite love song from an animated movie and this article will be complete :)

14. One Song - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

I really like this song because it's so romantic but it's kinda dull compared to my other favorite in my opinion...But I'm totally in love with the lyrics like
'One heart
Tenderly beating
Ever entreating
Constant and true'
that...

While the Princess Party line of DVD's had the goal of accompanying Disney Princess-themed parties, the Princess Stories line has the much more general purpose of serving as everyday entertainment for young girls everywhere. As a result, there's a significant dip in quality from the Party line to the Stories line. We're going to take and look and see just how bad that decline is!

DVD Content
Just like in my last review, I'll go over all of the categories of the DVD one at a time. But first, it's necessary to talk about the presentation. When you first pop in the disk, you're shown a young girl's...

Okay so some of you might have read link. At the time, it seemed to me like there was a group of very intolerant users who would only be offended if I wrote such an article. (Weird, I know, since many people write this article but I still didn't want the tension or drama.) Since I wasn't sure how to write a "physically beautiful" list without offending anyone, I didn't write that article and wrote one that I thought had better ideals: an overall attraction with looks, personality and demeanor combined. That being said, I do love the fairy tale versions of Princesses who were always the "most...

As I mentioned in its first part that this article is for those princesses who got their wedding in original or a sequel. I have re-imagined the gowns for all the princesses as honestly, I don't quite like the ones Disney has shown. The dresses lacks the effort as much as they deserve in my opinion. A princess wedding gown should be thoroughly thought through and designed. Cinderella's and Mulan's are by far the only wedding dress that actually fits their personality the most, in my opinion.

So here's my selection of the re-imagined wedding gowns for the remaining princesses.

When I comment on one pick and other fans wonder why I say so, it inspires me to make an article to explain more in the best way. I find a lot similarities of Elsa with Periwinkle (Secret of the Wings), Ralph and Vanellope (Wreck-it Ralph), Zarina (The Pirate Fairy), and Maleficent (Maleficent).

John Lasseter's Blue and Spikey "White" Hair
John Lasseter's Blue and Spikey "White" Hair

Similarities between Periwinkle & Elsa:
- Both have ice power
- Both ice are spreading quickly like fire (okay, not definitely Periwinkle's ice but ice from Periwinkle's place)
- Both have white hairs, or whatever platinum blonde which looks...

For such a successful and expensive film, Frozen's complete lack of diversity (particularly ethnic diversity) really vexed me. Frozen has four main human characters and out of the four:
- Four are white
- Four are all apparently straight
- Three are blonde
Looking at this, you can tell there is very little variation in Frozen's main cast. In ethnic terms, there really is no excuse of this. Frozen needed more POC.

I have heard one main argument (read: excuse) why Frozen didn't have any racially diverse characters (and no: I am not counting black background characters). Some say that Frozen...
