I am kinda pissed. Well because a lot of people are saying how Elsa is getting a lot of attention and Anna should too and othersdisagree and say Anna is a Rapunzel rip-off and that she is dumb and annoying and how they like Elsa because she is different. I hate all of this because I feel they are naturally equal. Even though Elsa is my favorite, I love Anna to pieces.

Ana is the protagonist and Elsa is the deuterogamist. So actually think it is good that people just don't like the protagonist. I like Anna and Elsa together but lately I'm so freakin annoyed that people keep comparing them. Uggh! Raise your glass if your are with me! ( I get crazy when I am mad ).

I noticed that most of the younger girls ages 5-10 like Anna and that older girls ( like us ) like Elsa. So I think it is pretty equal. They are both amazing girls and I don't like that we are comparing them. I mean lets at least compare them in a good way. I mean you are allowed to have a favorite out of the to obviously, but it doesn't mean you need to critizing the other. And guys, I am not mad at any of you here on fanpop I am just talking about things random stupid movie critics want to say. I am just sick of it.

I mean I know the purpose of us having an opinion is to differentiate who we like more or less and we can because a lot of us strongly state who we like and dislike but I feel sometimes it can be offensive to fans of those people.

Well anyways, hope you are having a great new year. I have no school tomorrow!!!!!! Whoooooo!!!!! I hope you are not mad at me but I needed to say what I felt.

I agree because I personally think they aren't distinct enough from each other compared to earlier story drafts or character foils from earlier films (just my view), but I think that while they're equal, they're also different. They have different goals and personalities, so the traits in one sister that appeal to some people might repel or not affect others, and vice-versa. Anna is more energetic, outgoing, awkward, immature, so it makes sense that many young girls will relate to her. Elsa is much more calm, reserved, dignified and mature. She has to reign in her emotions and put duty over desire, so I think many older girls and women will see more of themselves and their lives in her. (Since many of us are old enough that we have to put responsibilities--school, college, work, etc--over play.) Again, I agree that they are "equal," but they're also different and have traits that'll appeal to different people.

TheFabulousFAN TBH I hated the movie but the two character are well...just that two DIFFERENT characters I personally liked Elsa better even though they are both really annoying they are different they have different personalities different abilities so why can't someone prefer one over the other I mean it's not like it's Impossible...they are not equal so much as their traits and there for not at equal liking points ...I don't know if that made any sense but basically they are not equal I agree they shouldn't be compared to one another but people like who they like and I'm not even sure what I'm trying to say...let alone what your trying to say

324anna I LOVE Elsa but I agree with you and Tygers_Eye, they are two completely different characters, so of course they appeal to different people! Elsa is the mature one, so older girls will like her more and Anna is clumsy and outgoing, so the younger girls will relate to her.

Okay I noticed a countdown on this club and the results are in my opinion insulting to Disney. I'm not trying to offend anyone, especially the one holding the countdown, but I mean come on, the computed animated films didn't even leave yet. Plus I think people have a different idea of animation than I do because when I think of animation I mostly think about the actual animation itself, not the drawings and consistency, thought that's part of it. I'm fed up now. My favorite princesses are the least popular. At least in Fanpop it is. Elsa, Anna and Moana.. All of their value has been forgotten. The most overrated princesses today are Ariel, Belle, Cinderella and Aurora. Especially Ariel, it's so overrated that I can't stand it. The best of everything was "ARIEL" lady. The most beautiful: Ariel, THE BEST AGAIN ARIEL. I will go mad. Do you know the hit song "What's my name" by Uma in Descendants 2? I wrote a song with the melody of this song, remember it is not copy right free.

When Rapunzel heard the call from outside her tower, she assumed it was her mother, and her heart sank. Normally she'd be glad to see her, but after their argument, she was less eager.

Well, it wasn't really an argument. Those things kind of required two people arguing. It was more Mother lecturing and Rapunzel listening. But it was unpleasant enough for Rapunzel to feel bad about it even after her mother left.
