They swam to Ariel's Grotto where she had all her human treasures and on the way to there Ariel told her background story:
"When I was 4 years old my mother Queen Athena became hitted by a boat and died, after that my father forbade all kinds of music in Atlantica, but later me and my sisters made the music come back and since then we love playing music"

But after hearing the background story they saw how the cave turned darker and darker and at the top of the cave the light from above disappeard. They decided to swim up to the surface to take a look.

When they where almost at the surface they saw a pair of fireworks lightning the sky and when they came to the surface they saw a ship.

They swam to the ship to take a closer look and from a short distance they could see some people dancing to music and a dog.

It happened to be a birthday for the prince whose name was Eric. They saw how he got a big statue of himself, but also how unimpressed he was.

Suddenly a storm arrived and everyone onboard jumped onto a boat, but the dog named Max was still on the ship. Eric jumped into the water and rescued Max, but he didn't came back to the boat. Instead he fell into the water and Ariel dove under the surface and rescued him.

She took him to the same beach that Alexandra and Erica stood by before and now they decided to see if Eric was dead or not. They where calm, he was still alive. Ariel sung to him, but dove into the ocean along with Alexandra and Erica when she saw Max arriving.

When they dove back into the ocean they saw Flounder and he told them that he had something to show them.

He took them back to the cave and there they saw the statue of Eric. Ariel was so happy to have Eric closer to her, but she still wished to be a human.

After a few minutes Erica took her wand and transformed Ariel, Alexandra and herself into humans and then Erica and Alexandra helped Ariel up to the surface.

As soon as they came to the surface they saw Eric and his dog Max and they discoverd the girls that had just reached the ocean. But Eric's eyes fell upon Ariel, the girl who had rescued him.
"You look familiar, have we met before", he asked Ariel.
"Yes, we have, I was the one that rescued you", Ariel answered.
"What's your name", Eric then asked.
"My name is Ariel", Ariel answered.
"That's a pretty name, now I'm going to help you and your friends to my castle", Eric told Ariel.

When they arrived to the castle the girls got to choose what dress they would like to wear for the dinner. Ariel chose a light pink dress and Alexandra chose a turqoise dress.

Today's dinner would be filled crab and sallad and the girls seemed to enjoy the food.
"How about a tour around the kingdom tomorrow", Eric asked the girls.
"Sounds great", the girls answered.

The next morning they set of for a tour around the kingdom and it was wonderful even though Eric spended a lot of time with Ariel compared to the time he spent with Alexandra and Erica.

That night Eric asked Ariel if she wanted to marry him the next day and she said yes.

Everything was fixed and the lovely couple was about to kiss each other when they where interupted by a giant sea-witch named Ursula. Erica knew what to do since she knew that Ursula was evil so she took her wand and waved it onto Ursula so that it transformed her into a shrimp. Then she gave the shrimp to Alexandra who ate her up.

At last Ariel and Eric could share their first kiss together and everyone where happy over the lovely couple.

After the wedding Alexandra and Erica had to leave for their next adventure, but they promised to come back soon!

I get most people hate Pocahontas for its historical inaccuracy, and so do I. It just doesn't seem right to me to have John Smith (who was a Pervert, Betrayer, and Conquerer) as a disney prince and looked at in such a angelic light. Since most people's agreement is "it's just a movie." And "it's not Disney's job to make teach history." I'm not asking for a historically accurate film that would be terrible for children. I'm stating it was a mistake to be made a BASED of real history story..it could have just been a random Native American but no they chose Pocahontas and they twisted and bent...

It was a fine day down in the South in New Orleans. Tiana and Naveen were at home enjoying their day off from Tiana's Palace. Tiana was fixing up some of her daddy's special gumbo for her and Naveen. As she was chopping the okra, Naveen came up behind her and wrapped his arms around Tia's waist. She looked beautiful: with her curly black hair pulled into a ponytail and a smile that was so contagious, Naveen couldn't help but smile too.
"Ma Belle Evangeline." Naveen sang softly into his wife's ear as he gently swayed Tiana's body.
"So far above me, yet I, know her heart belongs to only me." Tiana...

Disney Princesses are often criticized. And while I see some negative points in the franchise, mainly its tendency to reduce the characters to pretty woman in glittery clothes, I also think that those people who rage against the Princesses as if they are the devil incarnates (it’s frankly disturbing), overlook something: They are not just puppets. They are characters in movies, and those movies are way more feminist than some people give the credit for. At least they should get some credit for being movies with female protagonists – god knows there are not a lot of them out there. But let’s...

9.Aurora
Aurora would be an uninteresting, unrelatable, totally foolish, useless princess to Mulan. There is nothing about Aurora that Mulan would appreciate.

8.Rapunzel
Mulan would be annoyed at a lot of the foolish things Rapunzel does. There would be, to Mulan, a lot more bad things than good. She would dislike the choices Rapunzel makes and just find her too childish.

7.Snow White
Mulan would find her cute and funny, but there would be no admiration for her, even though she would understand...

I did this countdown almost a year ago, but since we have a new Princess movie, I wanted to update it. Each ending is sweet and unique and its own way, whether its wedding bells, dancing on a cloud, a tearful goodbye, or someone's lifelong dream coming true. I watched each ending before writing this, and I thought others might want to watch them as well, so I posted links to each films ending. Here we go...

I think this article has been done before, but I want to go ahead and list the things that I think are each of their biggest faults which are what make them who they are, and make us love them even more :)

Jasmine
I absolutely love Jasmine! She's got this fiery personality and is strong willed and speaks her mind. This is something I love about her, but can also put her at fault sometimes. She's a bit too harsh and feisty which makes her appear bitchy to some people. She comes across as too snappy and almost mean sometimes (like me! xD). This just makes her all the more realistic and lovable...

Hello! It's been a while, but I randomly had this thought and no real place to share it. I know the title sounds a bit outlandish, but I think my theory may have some merit.

To understand the Rapunzel story fully, we have to understand the origin of the fairytale and what its morals might be for the time it was created. The original german fairytale about a poor man stealing rampion plants from a witch has been heavily connected to possible sexual assault and the witch as a cultural icon has always been linked to a bitter older spinster woman, who usually never found a husband and was therefor...

Dungeons & Dragons (or D&D for short) is a super fun tabletop roleplaying game that's been around since the 1970s but has recently gained a fair bit of popularity. I've been playing the game for around eight years at time of writing, and I strongly recommend you give it a try if you ever get the chance. It's really an absolute blast! D&D has always been one of my favorite hobbies, but within the last two years it's become an even bigger part of my life. Since I've been having so much fun with it recently, I decided it was finally time to try something I'd always wanted to do: turning...

Charlotte
Charlotte
Charlotte La Bouff was one of many characters in the movie The Princess and the Frog. Charlotte was as wonderful as Tiana, and she really deserves to be analyzed.

Characteristics

Unlike Tiana, Charlotte was a slightly spoiled and funny girl, crazy. Charlotte was very romantic, which I usually don't like, but the crazy and confident gestures she displayed during the romance were enough to cover it up. Charlotte's father, Mr. La Bouff, spoiled her and did whatever she wanted because they were rich. Charlotte grew up believing in fairy tales and true love, and she was confident that one day love...

Hello all! Many apologies for running a bit behind on this one. The holidays are always chaos incarnate.

Cinderella was our Princess of the Month for December, and here is a collection of thoughts on why we adore her. Many thanks to those who submitted comments!

I absolutely love when Cindy's snarky side peeks through, like when she makes a quip about the "music lesson". It's adorable but also rounds out her character. <3 ~MaidofOrleans
