“She’s so beautiful” Aaron said as he lifted up an open heart-shaped locket with a picture of a girl inside. Sighing happily he put his new found treasure into his sack and swam a few more feet to sort through and another pile of shipwrecked goods. “Aaron! Aaron! Aaron! Come look at what I found!” a childlike voice rang out through an opening in the ships floor. Smiling Aaron swam down to see what his friend Marlin, (Aaron’s best bro) found. “What is it? What did you find?” Aaron asked Marlin who was attempting to hide whatever he had found behind him, “okay close your eyes and then I’ll show you” Marlin said his voice filled with glee. Rolling his eyes and smiling, Aaron closed his eyes. A few seconds later Marlin told him he could open his eyes, so he did. When he did he was greeted with a super excited TEEE-DEEEE from Marlin and a look at the treasure. “Marlin, this is a rock.” Aaron said disappointedly after seeing what Marlin had found. “I know, I just hoped that if you saw tha-“. “Look at that ship, its beautiful! I bet we can find something much better than a rock on that ship” Aaron excitedly said after he spied the ship out an open porthole. Aaron then swam out of the porthole dragging Marlin behind him. Once inside they reached the ship Aaron had to push Marlin through small, but open porthole so that Marlin could pull Aaron in. when Aaron entered, he was speechless. The ship was beautiful and he couldn’t wait to look for treasures. “Wow this place is beautiful,” Marlin said breaking the silence that overcame them both, “I'm so glad we are here inste-“. “Come on lets go explore” Aaron said interrupting Marlin. Aaron then swam off to go explore what one of the rooms with open doors. The room Aaron had entered was the study. It was filled with books and other learning accessories. On a table Aaron saw a sextant and decided to swim over and inspect it. “This is interesting”, Aaron muttered as he picked it up and turned it upside down, “I wonder what it does”. “We can ask Stella later but this place is giving me the heebie-jeebies” Marlin said with his head poked through the door. “Awwww come on, you know this is no fun without you” Aaron said trying to persuade Marlin into staying. “Fine but I get to pick the next room” Marlin said in a singsong voice, swimming into one of the rooms, which appeared to be a powder room. “Why do I always pick the boring rooms?” Marlin asked no one in particular as they both swam to the center of the room. “This room isn’t boring. You just gotta look in the right areas” Aaron replied as he started to go through the drawers of a vanity set. Marlin muttered something inaudible under his breath swam to an armoire and opened it up. To his disappointment it was empty. “Man! I suck at this!” Marlin yelled, which was replied with a laugh from Aaron. Marlin playfully stuck his tongue out at Aaron and then swam over to him. Aaron, who was quite successful, found a pearl necklace, a set of diamond earrings and a bottle full of perfume, {oh yes hello it’s me the author, I'm going to comment in the story so whenever you see mustache brackets {} it is me talking anyways, I forgot what I was going to say oh yeah Aaron just turned 16} suggested that they moved rooms as he stuffed his treasures into his sack. The next room they entered was the ballroom. There Aaron saw many smooth conch shells covering just about everything. That reminded him of an important date, he then shouted “why didn’t you remind me about the conch-ball {conch-ball is basically mere people football} game! Antony, no worse Mom is going to KILL me! Hurry up maybe she won’t miss me! And WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME!” Marlin replied “well I tried to tell you- TWICE- but you kept interrupting me!” and then tried to cross his fins in an angry manner but was pulled through the ballroom, out the nearest porthole and in the direction of the kingdom by Aaron.
