POTM - What are your favorite things about Moana?

So I was thinking for each POTM we could gather all the things we love about her and then I would compile it in an article at the end of the month. :) First up - Moana!

Positive vibes only please, this is meant to be a celebration of her character.

My comments on Moana:

One of the main things I love about Moana is that not only does she have a desire to leave home for adventure, but she also loves her home and values what she has there. Part of her reason for wanting to leave home in the first place is so that she can save it. It's wonderful to have a princess who values both the great wide world and the comfy place you can always return to.
