Disney Princess Question

Sansa Stark's favorite DPs?

Wanna do some articles and help would be appreciated :) include Anna, Elsa and Moana if you feel like it. Just please give some details. Here's my ideas:

Sansa-

1/2. Cinderella or Aurora for the top obviously. They're just like ladies in the songs she loves. She'd admire Cinderella enormously for her quiet strength so much like her mother's, how she comes out on top, her grace. Same for Aurora- her elegance, femininity, dreaminess and her encounter with Phillip.
3. Belle- she'd love Belle's, manners, not fitting in at the town (Sansa initially stands out a lot in Winterfell), her escapism and dignity.
4. Snow- she'd love her sweetness, how she's always kind no matter what.
5. Ariel- I think she'd understand Ariel going to Ursula to be with Eric, love her bubbly personality.
6. Elsa- again, she'd remind her of Catelyn with her dignity and sensible personality. I think she would relate very much to being the older sibling, the example, and her anxieties.
7. Jasmine- she'd like her romantic, proud demeanor.
8/9. Rapunzel/Anna, not sure about these two. She'd love Punz's romantic, bookish personality, but she may relate a lot to Anna's wanting true love and how kind both girls are. Maybe Rapunzel first?
10. Tiana- maybe she'd relate to being a perfectionist?
11. Pocahontas- I can't think of anything Sansa would relate to or care about, tbh.
12. Mulan- they have nothing in common except she'd probably like her loyalty to Zhou, who is a lot like Ned)
13. Moana- nothing in common
14. Merida- haha you knew that was coming. Everything that frustrates her about Arya is ramped up to 15 in Merida.

Oo great idea! Fair warning, I'm basing this entirely off of book!Sansa since I haven't seen the show at all, but I've read all the books. I don't know how different her character is between the two.

1. Aurora - She's exactly like the princesses in the tales Sansa loves, even down to having been blessed by fairies at her birth and being secretly betrothed to a handsome prince! I think Sansa would positively swoon over her.
2. Cinderella - A very close second to Aurora. She too is a classic fairy tale princess whose dreams come true in the end.
3. Snow White - Yeah I basically think the classics would be her top 3. Sansa would connect with Snow's naivety and dreaminess.
4. Elsa - Sansa would love her poise and elegance, and connect a lot with her fear. I think she'd be a bit disappointed that Elsa has no love interest though.
5. Belle - Belle's dreaminess and love for fairytales would keep her fairly high on Sansa's list, but I think her impulsiveness and thirst for adventure would be a bit too much like Arya's to put her at the very top.
6. Rapunzel - Struggled with this one. I think Sansa would like Punz but not love her. She might be a bit too bubbly for her taste.
7. Anna - Same as above.
8. Jasmine - She'd love her poise, but I think she's too disobedient to be very high on Sansa's list.
9. Ariel - I think her demeanor would remind Sansa of Arya, being very brash and energetic and forgetful, so I think Ariel would be fairly low on her list. She'd like how romantic she is though.
10. Mulan - Struggled with Mulan too. I think she'd like her sense of duty and honor, but not really connect with much else.
11. Pocahontas - I can't see her liking Pocahontas that much. Sansa's an indoors kind of girl. She'd probably think John Smith was kind of gross rather than dashing, since he's just a random sailor and not a prince or lordling.
12. Tiana - Tia is waaay too down to earth for Sansa to like her.
13. Moana - Eh, just don't see much in common here.
14. Merida - Yeah Merida is basically Arya, so this makes sense.

I think this list could differ depending on if you're talking about Sansa earlier or later in the series. This list reflects her opinions early on. Later, when she becomes more cynical and starts to realize that fairy tales don't come true, I think her list would be pretty different.

Thanks, this was really helpful! Though re: John, don't forget Sansa adores Florian, a lowborn if not common jester (who wasn't even attractive IIRC)

Oh that's right, I totally forgot about that! Thanks for the reminder. In the books she eventually becomes disillusioned with the tale though, after Ser Dontos tries to be her Florian but mostly ends up being an unhelpful creep.
