How do you get more well known on Fan pop ?

Make as many contributions as you can but most importantly, make them WELL. Add new and original material. If I see a repeated pick, question, countdown, article topic, etc. I tend to skip over it. Also leaving comments on other people's work and giving constructive feedback or chiming in on discussions also makes me notice someone a lot more. This spot really is a community and its really not hard to be accepted if you make yourself pleasant enough. :)

Not trying to be rude, but don't start new forums. Join the already started ones and get to know people on there. I'm not saying your forums are bad, I'm just saying most people go on the already started ones. ^^

make more contributions like adding images, joining games, commenting, and answering picks. I did that for about a month and I'm one of the very-well known users. =) good luck!
