Disney Princess Question

I dont understand something they said about the Little Mermaid tour on Wikipedia.

someone put on there they are changing the whole set design? That doesn't make any sense. I have checked other Disney touring shows and they didn't change the scenery or set design. PLUS whoever wrote this didn't give any citation and its driving me nuts. Why would they put it on there if its not true, I google searched it as well, and found nothing supporting that.
