Arial's Point of View
Arial was opening a chocolate Frog with her best friend, Jasmine. "What card did you get?" Jasmine asked. "I got Nicholas Flamel. It said that he created the Philosopher's stone that made anything immortal including him." Arial replied. "What did you get?" Arial asked, raising a red eyebrow at her friend. "I got Morgan Le Fay,a dark witch. She is widely known in the Authrian legend as Arthur's half sister." Jasmine replied. "Yours is cooler than mine." Arial commented. Jasmine just giggled and went on their way to Hogwarts.
Finally, they got there. A huge man cried out," First years, to the boats!" Jasmine and Arial followed the line of first years as they went onto the boats. There was the water and Arial felt at home. She sat on the same boat as her friend, and was wafting onto the water to Hogwarts. When they got to Hogwarts, Arial was amazed! It was huge and majestic as they wafted onto shore.
As soon as they got of the boats, they were walking into the school. They saw ghosts and talking pictures while walking on up velvet stairs. There, they saw a woman who was about 60 years old looking down at them. She had on a blue coat with glass speckles on," Welcome to Hogwarts! One of the best magic schools for young wizards and witches! My name is Professor Godmother.You have sone rules to follow to. First, respect your students, we do not want to lose house points. Secondly, be sure to be careful when out of school bounds. Do not use magic outside of your classes. Keep your animals in hand, we do not want lose your pet-"
There was a toad hopping up the steps. "Trevor!" cried a boy who had brown greasy hair. "What is your name my dear boy?" "Eugene Fitzerburt." The boy said. One of the classmates giggled by the name. "Eugene be careful with your pet please." Professor Godmother said. "Yes ma'm." He said dutifully, and walked back into the crowd. "Know,"began Professor Godmother," You are about to walk threw the doors and join your classmates, and be placed in one of the four houses. There, you can earn house-points to get your house towards the house cup. Now, let your journey began."
The doors opened, and the first years began filing in. Professor Godmother sat at the teacher's table, waiting for the announcements. There, a man walked up onto the golden platform,"Hello, and welcome to another year at Hogwarts." The students clapped loudly. "You all know that there is a feast planned, but we can get to that later. If you do not know my name, my name is Professor Merlin and I am the headmaster. Before we can began housing you all, I need to tell you something." The room became silent. "Our new defense against the dark arts teacher is Dr. Faciler." Professor Merlin announced. The room became muttering. "And,"Professor Merlin added," The Dark Forest is strictly out of bounds, or you can die a most painful death." That set a trimmer off of Arial's spine.
"Now we can sort you." Professor Godmother came up with a scroll in her hand," I will call you up, and you will sit on the stool and I put the sorting hat on you."
"First up, Cinderella Bibbity." The girl named Cinderella sat on the stool and waited for the sorting hat. "Friendly and supportive you are. Although you smart and witty, you protect your friends, and stand up for them willingly. I will put you in... HUFFLEPUFF!" The house table clapped their hands together.
"Prince Charming." A boy walked up on to the stool and once agin waited for the sorting hat. "Ambitious you are. You seek out what you want and go anywhere to get it. You are now placed in...SLYTHERIN!" Another table clapped and cheered.
"Adam Curse." A boy with red hair walked up to the stool confidently. The sorting hat was put on once again. "You are daring my boy. You do risks to try to protect and your gut never fails you. I now place you in... GRYFFINDOR!" A table sitting next to the Hufflepuff table clapped loudly, and cheered.
"Rapunzel Corona." A girl with long golden hair nervously waled up onto the stool. The sorting hat now spoke," You are friendly to creatures and humans alike.You do not love conflict, but make one to stand up for you and your friends. I place you in... HUFFLEPUFF!" The Hufflepuff table clapped again.
"Merida DunBroch." A girl with uncontrollable curls walked up to the stool awaiting the sorting hat. "Oh my dear girl. You stand up for you, but most importantly your friends. You take life willingly and don't miss with your fate. I place you in...GRYFFINDOR!" Merida stood up and walked to her now cheering table.
"Snow White Eden." A girl with a pale face walked up onto the stool. The sorting hat cried," Oh my dear, you take peace and kindness wherever you go. You never ask for trouble and you turn the other cheek for I put you in... HUFFLEPUFF!"
"Belle De'French." A girl with brown hair walked up onto the stool. The sorting hat was placed upon her head," You are a wise little girl. You have good advice for your friends, and wisely win arguments using smart comments. You try your hardest when it comes to work. My dear, I now place you in... RAVENCLAW!" The Ravenclaws cheered as Belle was placed in it.
"Eugene Fitzerburt." The same boy that had the toad walked up onto the stool. "Oh, you tricky one, you are ambitious and you trick people with your smooth sayings. I now place you in... Slytherin!" The Slythrin table cheered again.
As the names were called, Arial learned that a boy named Naveen was placed Slythrin. A girl named Tiana was placed in Hufflepuff. A girl named Aurora was placed in Ravenclaw, so was a boy named Eric. Then there was Ferdinan who was also placed in Hufflepuff A boy named Phillip was placed in Gryffindor, and now she heard her voice.
"Arial SeaFoam." Arial's palms were sweating and she wanted a good house. The sorting hat was placed on her head,"Hmm.. you can be any house. You are quick witted, reckless, sweet, and destined for great things, but you are also brave an bold. I now place you in... GRYFFINDOR!"
Arial walked up the stage and sat next to a girl named Merida "Glad you weren't in Slythrinn." She said. "Why is that?" Arial asked curiously? "Because people change in that house. They become brats. Possibly like the dark witch Ozma." Merida replied. Arial nodded, now understanding that.
They heard a boy Shang and a girl named Mulan who were going to in Gryffindor, than it was Aladdin who was also placed in Hufflepuff. Both a boy and girl were placed Gryffindor. Now it was Jasmine's turn. Arial crossed her fingers as her friend was called.
"Jasmine Tiger." The sorting hat barely touched Jasmine's black hair as the sorting called,"Slytherin." Arial's heart dropped. Jasmine walked to her cheering table. " Now we can eat!" Professor Merlin cried. But Arial didn't feel hungry out all.
