The most Wincest could go is 'Bromance', never romance to me. I mean...they are blooded siblings, how can they be the end game...Sorry but if I imagine I have that thing with my sibling, it ewww me too much.
Whereas Cas would be perfect, since he is supposed to be genderless and 'guardian angel and the human' sounds very intriguing.
