How should your dream costume for Halloween look like?

I have so many ideas, but since I like Phoebe and Prue costume for Halloween here, probably something like this...

This however would require knowledge of sewing, which is currently beyond me.

I never ever dress up for Halloween actually. It's funny because my birthday is on Halloween, but i've never liked the holiday. I don't enjoy my birthday either, i've never had a good one. Something ALWAYS goes wrong on my birthday every year. Maybe that's why I don't like the holiday.
