my theories behind the 6x11 promo...

I haven't been on fanpop for like 2 months lately but I just want to say that after I saw the promo for 6x11, I felt better but... later on... I believed it's just another one of Julie's devious tricks of highlighting DE n Steroline in that promo, on purpose, cause she knows that's what catches the public's eye n they will ultimately tune in to watch the episode n not to mention her 'ambition' is actually BD n SE. She's just doing this to keep the ratings high. There's no way the episode is gonna turn out to be the way it seemed like in the promo. I think that DE kiss might as well be their 'last' kiss ever. Not to sound rude but before S6 began, I believed there was gonna be a BD kiss or sex scene somewhere in the first-half of this season n I'm astonished that it still hasn't happened yet but it will later on -___-

Promos of course don’t show everything, but the “hidden part” can go in every direction. And in this case, I rather think about the times when something has been given away about Delena to hide something even “bigger” of them, like when the 3x19-promo gave away the motel hand-holding while it left out the motel make-out, or like Elena’s “I slept with Damon because I’m in love with him” was in the promo for 4x10 while her love declaration over the phone was kept a secret. I totally agree with the comments here, the story clearly leads to DE ending up together, SE are irrevocably in the friend zone (and never were real or unforced), DB will never happen romantically (and only have a forced connection), and we even got the direct announcement by several different people of the show that Delena happiness will follow now (with of course still their obstacles, but none the less happy).

Yes, TVD promos can be misleading, but I do not believe that SE will ever get back together at any point in the series; not now, and not ever. And the best BD fans can hope for is for a friendship. And um, what gave you the impression BD were about to have a sex scene??! Was it because they...had some scenes together? But look - if you don't believe any of this, then why don't you go over and join the SE and Bamon spot instead?

now,now! im sure HFU is just a little pessimistic because delena havent really been in a while since season six started. im sure once delena get back togther again, that the good stuff will become a common accurance, and she will be right back to her cheery self. tho at the same time, i understand why you are a little annoyed at her. her faith in delena is being tested. but not to worry. im sure she'll come round, when delena get back together again.
