needs help/advice?????? plzz

ok i really need help on this. okay theres this guy that i met through my friend about a 1 1/2 months ago. ok so he says tht he really likes me, but he has a girlfriend and he likes my best friend. and my best friend dnt like me talkn to him cuz she likes him. i kno this is confusing lol bt could need help on it plzzzzzz :(

ok well the thing is tho is tht he use to live in the same town bt he moved jst a few miles away bt comes to visit, bt idk any of his friends, and im sort of afraid to ask him ....
