Where to order Akatsuki cosplay supplies.

I just need Deidara's cloak and ring, but I found a good deal from cosdeal that has shoes and everything. I've never ordered from them, is the quality good? what's the average shipping time?
(I live in North America, and I need the costume for a party in early January)
