I'm a big fan of Coraline and I'm writing my dissertation on the adaptation of Coraline from book to film.

I'd love to get people's opinion on how they feel about the changes made by Henry Selick to the original Neil Gaiman story. So, if you're a big fan like me and have read the book and watched the film, please let me know in the comments your feelings towards to changes made in the adaptation.

OMG what IS it about Tim's films?!
They're soooo eerie and scary but the way he does it makes you watch it again and again. Your fear stays, but you still watch it repeatedly. Like its hypnotising. Or there's a draw to it. The other mother(beldam) kinda seems like a pervert...I mean she watches kids through toys(Such as coraline's doll) and lures them into a world of luxurios toys and treats...then "eats there bodies and hides there sols in a mirror...and another thing...it isn't a "Upcoming movie"...they made a few books and its a year in a half years old,i'll give the movie a 3 star rating,but i never read the book,so i can't rate it...and i have blown a lot of minds,right?
