frollo, scar, shan-yu, ...they're horrible.

I find the women most evil. The best Disney villains are the women.

I think Frollo is the worst of all, but I think there are a lot more really wicked females than males Most of the guys are just goofy like Prince John, Edgar, Captain Hook and a lot more; while the girls, like Maleficent Cruella and Ursula, are EVIL!

Women are bitches. Maleficent, Cruella, Ursula, the Evil Queen, Cinderella's step family. All cold-hearted, evil bitches.

her and narissa fron enchanted are bitches because ursula tries to take Ariel and fooling her for her voice and Narissa from Enchanted wants to kill Giselle for like no reason i mean hello Edward isn't even her real son for gods sake

male villains are funny ^^

Most of the male villains do just end up as goofy -- the exceptions being Frollo, Shan-Yu, and Scar (though all of them were pretty dang evil). Pretty much all of the female villains were seriously evil.

Maleficent, Tremaine, Cruella, etc..

Frollo, Scar, Governor Ratcliffe and the coachman are the worst but on the female behalf, ursula, cruella and maleficent are pretty hardcore as well
