its an old movie... like from the late 80's to early 90's... its not stuart little. but its about a little mouse, that rides a motorcycle... i think his name was raulph. lol do yall know what the movie is called?

based on book by Beverly Cleary

also was Ralph S. Mouse and Runaway Mouse.
It was a trilogy of books and made for tv movies.

i remembered it as soon as i read your description.
when i was younger i read all three of the books and watched all the movies.
