Any chance that we could change the banner and/ or the icon?

I found these icons and banners at

and they are absoultely amazing and i think that they would be a welcome change
i don't know check them out and tell me what you think

I just changed it and the icon looks great but all of the banners cut off their heads. I would need a different banner
