I agree with you, Buffy thought that Tara would help her. She trusted Tara about the spell like it affect her feelings with Spike. She wanted some anwers right away. Tara hasn't told anyone about Spike and Buffy, untill it was time to tell Willow about Buffy's relationship with Spike.

I've also got to go with Tara. Tara was the one she trusted with the truth. Tara listened without judging, and I guess that's what Buffy needed.

I think they all had a piece when it came to season 6. They all knew what they did by bringing her back to life.

in season 6 tara was much stronger and ever wen she broke-up with will she stayed around i think because will is b's bestie she new how tara wud react and she trusted her because she was always there 4 will ans tara

I'm going with Tara because I believe that Buffy was angry with Willow and Xander to a degree for bringing her back and also Xander is the Mayor of Judgey Town so she ould not go to him concerning Spike. As far as Willow, she is one of those people who will support you the entire time in that nervous way of questioning it again and again, she'll try but she won't just let it be.

Buffy still views Dawn as the person she needs to protect and thus putting that emotional weight on her isn't really a choice. She will relax around Dawn but she will not open up.

As far as Tara, Tara is the only character who will offer a should and know when the best thing is to let the best just take a few big gulps of air and try to recover. She won't judge you (and if she does she won't show it), she won't question you, and she views everything from untainted eyes. Unlike Willow and Xander Spike is not a representation of pure evil (as Spike was to Willow and Xander early on) and as the outsider for some time she has the most level head.

if giles hadn't of left though i think i would have chosen giles, as he was the one she went to before he left, i think tara was almost a last resort
i honestly don't know what would have happened with out tara, buffy probably would have either ran away with spike.....or staked him, not sure something extreme

She was really close with Tara, it was really sweet. She trusted Tara with things, even if they were bad.

Hmmm, Idk, I guess I have to watch Season 6 again, but I thought it was kinda because she was the least close with Tara that she was able to confide in her. Willow and Xander were her closest friends, Giles and Dawn were like her family--they were all so close, and so it was easier to confide in somebody you don't know so well.

Tara all the way, because Buffy turned to Tara about spike and also trusted tara enough to talk to her about other things. Tara and buffy had a different level of friendship then Buffy/willow and buffy/tara, and buffy wasnt all that close to dawn in season 6 because she strayed away from dawn.
