	jackiehyde4eva picked Spike: i think spike because he set out to get a soul and angel didnt have a choice and even when spike wasnt all soul having a lot of the time he tried to help he protected dawn and then once he got his soul back he tried his hardest to be better he sacraficed himself to save the world and angel when he got his soul he still tried to be a monster for darla and when she kicked him to the curb, honestly he didnt do much for about 100 years but anyway love em both but thats what i think posted over a year ago.

	NikaDawson picked Spike: Alright, the difference is, Spike choose it. He choose it for himself, he didn't get it shoved on him. Angel never made a choice, it was thrust at him. Spike choose to change who he was, and so I think that give's him a better motivation. posted over a year ago.

	em_em picked Spike: I agree, ANgel did nothing for like 100 yrs where as Spike spent a few weeks crazy in a basement then went out to try and help. Plus he had been helping the Scoobies before he got his soulo back and he really didn't have to do that did he!?!?!? Then he more or less turned into Angel (going out on to the streets to help those in need) when Angel sold out to W&H. I'm not saying that Aangel didn't do anything to redeem himself, just the Spike is better!!!! LOL :D posted over a year ago.

	Jillywinkles picked Angel: It's very close. I agree with everyone's points, but I think there's also the fact that Angel had a lot more to atone for than Spike did. Angel did really, really horrible things, and a lot of them. We see in the flashbacks that Spike was just in it for the fun of it, whereas Angel purposely did the evilest things he could think of. I think by the end, they are equally good and both champions, and since they both got to that level but Angel had more to atone for, I picked him. posted over a year ago.

	nosemuffin picked Spike: Angel did a lot to make up for his past evil ways, but it sure took him a long time to try. Even when he was first introduced on Buffy, he was hesitant to help her and he had had a soul for ages. Not only did Spike seek out his soul, but he jumped right into dogoodery shortly after he got it, no sitting around and brooding for decade upon decade first. posted over a year ago.

	x-missmckena-x picked Angel: i feel sometimes that spiek was just a lost puppy looking for a direction to go and he found it more rewarding to be godd especially when he physically couldnt be evil, but he never set out eally to atone for his sins yer he set out for a soul and all that he never got to that point where someone forced him to atone, wheras angel as that evilthat he really needed to, it took him alot more time to be able to face people after what he had done than it did spike and also he didnt have people like buffy etc to help him on his way all he had was a slight push off whistler, i think that is angels purpose him and spiek are completly dfferent sorts of vamps! posted over a year ago.

	MelBelle2 picked Angel: OMG that had to be the mostly difficult question. Cause they both are amazing... and have done so much. but I chose Angel cause he's been doing it longer... Spike is still just begining. And all though he's amazing and doing such an awesome job at redeeming... Angel is still a few feet ahead.
