Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade, Asin, Jacqueline Fernandes, Shazahn Padamsee, Zarine Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Boman Irani and Mithun Chakraborty all will be seen in one 'house.'
The story revolves around four fathers and their daughters, with one confusion: son-in-law Jolly.

Akshay Kumar (Jolly #1) stars opposite Asin, whose father is played by Rishi Kapoor. John Abraham (Jolly #2) will be seen romancing Jacqueline Fernandes and Randhir Kapoor will play her dad. Shazahn Padamsee will play love interest of Shreyas Talpade and Boman Irani will be seen as her father. Riteish Deshmukh will romance Zarine Khan, whose dad is played by Mithun Chakraborty.

The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and it's the sequel to Housefull (2010). The music will be composed by Sajid-Wajid.

Malaika Arora Khan will also feature in an item-number.

The official theatrical trailer was released with Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu. Housefull 2 is scheduled for April 5, 2012 release.
