Hinata and the Duo head straight into their destiny. This goes out to Robyn, Jessica, Serenna, and Shelby.
Ino packed her supplies into her bag as she prepared to go back to the Hidden Leaf Village. She and Kimiko had said their goodbyes, at least for the meanwhile. Next, Ino had said her goodbyes to Kiyori and Hinata. To Hinata, she had said, "keep an eye on Kimi-sama for me, will you?" The request had half been meant as a joke, but Ino still couldn't believe the happiness she felt was real, and half expected it to dissolve like mist in the sunlight. Hinata sensed all this and agreed to the request. Ino hugged Hinata, then gave one final wave to the group before vanishing into the forest.
Kimiko put her hand down as Ino disappeared. A silvery tear ran down her eye. "Don't worry, Kimi-Heika. You'll see Ino again." Kimiko turned to her friend. "I know I'll see her again. I just hope it's not on some guy's arm." Hinata intervened at this point. "You're both too insecure. Believe that your relationship will work, and it will." Kimiko looked at Hinata gratefully. "Thank you." The Duo and Hinata went into the Valley Country.
The sun had set and the moon had risen by the time the group reached the campsite they had chosen. Suddenly, the Duo reared back. The campsite was bathed in moonlight, and the moonlight was blue. It was a bright blue, though, brighter than anything any of them had ever seen. "Um…guys?" Hinata said tenativly. The Duo snapped out of their daze. "Wait here, Hinata-chan." Kiyori said. "I'll check if the campsite is safe." Kimiko grabbed onto Kiyori's arm. "I'm coming too." The Duo stepped into the moonlight. They looked straight at the Blue Moon, then collapsed. Hinata almost went after them, but she didn't want the same thing to happen to her. She ground her teeth, frustrated.
The Duo floated in their own skulls, no longer in control of their body. The minute they had looked into the Blue Moon, they were sent into this limbo state by a group of evil spirits. As they floated, the Duo felt a foul presence start to take control. They realized what was happening. Thanks to the Blue Moon, the Darkness in them would finally take over.
Hinata finally knew what to do. She was about to make a pair of Shadow Clones when the Duo stood up on their own. Hinata smiled in relief as they both started to approach her. Just before they got out of the moonlight, Hinata saw something strange. But before she could think about it, the Duo were right next to her, on either side. They next each grabbed a shoulder and squeezed. Hinata's vision exploded into a bunch of technicolor bubbles, which popped softly until there was nothing left and Hinata was left in the blackness. That was the last thing Hinata remembered before waking up in this cell room.
That's it. The fourth arc starts... I don't knew when. This story has finally reached full circle though.
