So many of the characters willingly explained about what their attacks did... It isn't logical... You beat them to the ground, then explain... Otherwise, you're just wasting breath and time. However, I do have to disagree that it gives an advantage... Most of these attacks were ones where you could explain what they were, but it wouldn't help the opponent out much... In times like those, understanding is good, but it doesn't make a difference if you already can't beat that opponent. posted over a year ago.
