Ciel likely cares for Elizabeth, but in a sisterly type of way. During this time period arrange marriage was common and one side likely could not agree to the arrangement. The only way Ciel could avoid marrying Elizabeth without any damage between the relationship with him and the Milford family is if he was in love (which is very unlikely) with another person. Keep in mind that the Milford's are extremely wealthy as well and could possibly contibute to the completion of Ciel's "goals." As a demon ownin Earl love would in fact be Ciel's last concern. It is shown that he "cares" for Elizabeth, but there have been situations when he has been crafty enough to gain the complete trust of a specific person, but completely betraying him for his own needs and/or business. In short no, not in a romantic way, or possibly not at all.
Yes he does. He obviously also cares about her and not to mention if he didn't love her then he wouldn't plan on marrying her and just breaking off the engagement. Are the people saying no watching the same show as the only other person who said yes on this question?

No one can prove that Ciel loves her (whatever type it is) or Ciel does not loves her so stop saying such things. The manga is ongoing and Ciel never confess to her nor said that he hates her.
So no one knows if Ciel loves her or not except Yana.
One more thing... Ciel and Sebastian are not in love with each other and Ciel does not have feelings for him and Ciel is obviously not a gay. Ciel treats Sebastian as his demon butler and never his lover nor friend as he states that he is the last person he will trust

Excuse me blabla1234234....I don't think that you are aware of this but Yana Toboso (which is the creator of Kuroshitsuji) has stated that at first she wanted to make Kuroshitsuji yaoi therefore you get where I'm going. Ciel actually trusts Sebastian and is very dependent on him as he takes care of every need for Ciel. Ciel actually has shown his weakness to Sebastian although Ciel is stubborn and doesn't want to admit it Sebastian is definitely an irreplaceable person in his life just like his father and mother.
The reason why Ciel does NOT love Lizzy is simply because the whole thing was an arranged marriage without his consent as he didn't know what he was getting himself into since he was too young to understand. Also because he's in a contract with Sebastian and his soul will be consumed once he has achieved his goals he would no longer exist. He does not want to get too involved with anyone as he knows that one day he will disappear from this world and leave his loved ones all alone in grief. Which is why he doesn't consider anyone as a friend or love potential more like they are all his chess pieces which contribute in his plan of achieving his goal which has been said or shown many times in the anime and manga.

This had been bulldozed years ago, so in case the revelation haven't gotten into you yet, that rumor has no basis. In other words, had no proof. Completely made up by a crazy fangirl. I don't care how you interpret the story or turn it into a boring dull plot just to fit everything to your fantasies, just don’t make it as if Sebastian and Ciel is actually canon.
Ciel obviously loves Lizzy. But canonically speaking, it's a platonic love (unless story diverts the other way). They're cousins, so the familiar love will be there, with or without the marriage arrangement. Ciel actually showed more obvious care for Elizabeth many times in mangga than with Sebastian. And in the way I see it, he was only concern over Sebastian's wellbeing when his mortality is affected. Honestly, I'm not a hundred sure if the blabla1234234 is me lol. It's been years so I'm not sure but I kind of remember I posted something like that? Not sure if it was here though haha. Anyway, whether you like it or not, Cielizzy is the closest canon ship with Ciel.
Um, yes, I believe he quite obviously does. It was made CLEAR in the manga that he cares for her and wants to make her happy, not to mention Lizzy loves him back.

I think so too but the mangga is far from romance so any interpretation will probably be up to us. And with the sudden big reveal in the manga (if you know what I mean) I don't think the Lizzy will end up with the mc. Because, well... for various reasons.
Maybe yes, maybe no. Ciel have a cold personality, i just can't see, what is the truth answer in this lil dude heart, well it's depending on the author view, how he see them. But if they really getting mariage in the end, they could make a chance b'cause love can grow at any time with anyone. (p.s. Sorry for the bad english)
