Nickelodeon orders 3rd season of Big Time Rush!

Nickelodeon has ordered a third season of “Big Time Rush,” its popular series about a created-for-TV band. Think “The Monkees” – just with actors who can really sing.

The network has picked up another 20 episodes of the show, which just completed production on the second season. Production on the new episodes will begin in January, perhaps after a TV movie, and air sometime during the first quarter of next year. “It’s sad to end production, but we got the great news about the third season,” says cast member Carlos Pena.

This is my review of the Big Time Rush television show. It's a sitcom that aired on Nickelodeon.

The Plot:

Kendall, Logan, Carlos, and James are 4 close friends who become a band called Big Time Rush. Their manager is Gustavo who has somewhat of a rivalry with the team. The 4 Big Time Rush guys have eccentric adventures together as they struggle to become a popular band. Along the way they get girlfriends, friends, and a few rivals.

Big Time Rush is 1 of my favorite Nickelodeon shows. It's a very silly show, but it's good goofiness. The show has plenty of absurd antics and eccentric situations...

While we are waiting for the results of the Victorious soundtrack on Aug. 11. I wrote today about the horrendous performance of the past Nickelodeon soundtracks before BTR came in and changed the perception that only Disney can dominated the charts and earn Gold/Platinum album. We know iCarly, Naked Brother Band, Spectacular, etc. soundtracks failed to make it to the top 10 in the Billboard 200 charts even worse not getting a Gold record award by RIAA. We know since 2006 Disney is dominating the music world with lots of successful soundtracks. I thought it is really dead for Nickelodeon until...

Ngayong taon sa Amerika ay mas nagusto nila ang mga shows gawa ni Dan Schneider tulad ng iCarly at Victorious na mas mataas ang TV ratings kaysa Big Time Rush.
