Ultimatrix Aliens

The Ultrimatrix gives Ben access to new aliens and ultimate versions of his most powerful aliens, first shown in Alien Force, but make big appearances in Ultimate Alien, the next in the Ben 10 franchise.thay are all in ben 10 ultimate alien.


Strongtail/Ultimate Humongousaur

Ultimate Humongousaur is an evolved Vaxasaurian from the planet Terradino. Ultimate Humongousaur is bigger than his normal version and has green skin. He has gray horns on his head, arms, chest, back and end of tail. Ultimate Humongousaur also has some helmet on his head with blue color. He can transmute his hands and fingers into missile-like weapons. He is strong enough to take out Humongousaur with only a few hits and can grow up to 120 ft. This form was first used by Albedo in Alien Force: The Final Battle, Part 1. Ben has yet to use this form.
Ultimate Swampfire

Ultimate Swampfire is an evolved Methonasian from Methonasia. He now has a more wood-like form with three blue gooey shells containing the blue flames Ultimate Swampfire shoots. He appears shorter than original Swampfire, and can create a large blue-flame/nova explosion. He can now make fire bombs, shoot nova blast, create blue fire tornado (like Heatblast), regenerate body parts, and can still control plant life. Ben first became Ultimate Swampfire to battle Vilgax in "The Final Battle", being his first Ultimate transformation.
Spiderkong/Ultimate Spidermonkey

Ultimate Spidermonkey is an evolved Arachnachimp from Aranhascimmia. He happens to have lost his tail, and shoots webs from his mouth. He now has two gorilla arms, and four spider arm/legs coming from the back of him. Because of his feet being so small, he stands with his spider-arms.
Soundwave/Ultimate Echo Echo

Ultimate Echo Echo is an evolved Sonorosian from Sonorosia. He is now blue with green eyes and black lines on his body. He is also taller and can shoot sonic discs instead of sonic blasts. Like the original Echo Echo, he can also multiply himself and has a more unrobotic voice.
Big Heat/Heatwave/Ultimate Big Chill

Ultimate Big Chill is an evolved Necrofriggian from the planet Kylmyys. He is now red instead of blue. He can still become intangible, manipulate ice, and fly. Instead of breathing ice, he can create "ice flames".
Spikebolt/Ultimate Cannonbolt

Ultimate Cannonbolt is an evolved Arburian Pelarota from Arburia. He is a darker shade of gray on his now spiked armor.
Ampfibian

Ampfibian is a blue jellyfish-like alien with long slimy tentacles and white lines on his body. He also has green eyes. He can shoot electrical blasts and can swim very fast. [42]
Armodrillo

Armodrillo looks like a yellow humanoid armadillo with drills on his arms. He has drilling powers and is really fast. [42]
Water Hazard

Water Hazard resembles a red robot with gray and black body parts, and a small head inside a red helmet, that can fold back. He can shoot water whips from his hands and can possibly control water. [42]
Terraspin

Terraspin looks like a big turtle with a brown shell and a tan body, with big flat hands. Terraspin can spin to create large amounts of wind, possibly tornadoes. He can also fly. [42] His name combines the words Terrapin (a species of turtle) and spin.
NRG

NRG looks like an old fashioned diver with a heater for a face, which glows. NRG can shoot energy beams and can create intense heat. His name is similar to the Ben 10 alien XLR8 which stood for "accelerate", whereas his name stands for "energy". He is first seen in Ben 10 Ultimate Alien as an alien from the Ultimatrix.
Nanomech

Nanomech is a miniature carbon-silicon-based life form, introduced in the film Ben 10: Alien Swarm. He is a Nanomechian from the "hive" planets. He is a miniature alien created by scanning the DNA of living alien microchips. In the form, Ben can shrink to microscopic size, fire energy bolts,fly and alter his body to adapt to any situation. Being a part of the chips' hive mind, however, renders him vulnerable to the Queen's link to the other chips, though unlike the drones he retains his individuality. It's worth noting he is drastically different than the source alien, which are insect-like while Nanomech takes on a humanoid shape. He is also in Ben 10 Ultimate Alien with his appearance slightly changed.
